Lovely setting over looking the rive from the restaurant and some of the rooms have a good view. Staff friendly and welcoming

You are completely isolated, there is no real local area to visit for food and drink. We like to explore local towns and sample local cuisine but this is not the place to do this. None of the spa facilities were available but this is not made clear on the booking, i guess we felt it was a little miss sold. We understood it was off season but on some days there was no one else here at all. Why we did not get a room that over looked the river when the place was empty i do not know. Sure you pay a bit extra for these rooms, we did not get offered to upgrade, on our own would it have made any difference to the hotel?

The room is large, cozy and comfortable. The mattresses are good. The shower is comfortable. The hotel is located in a very lovely garden right on the riverbank.

In the hotel information on Booking, under the heading "Dietary options" it says Kosher, among other things. We sent an email in advance to ask if there was kosher food, and received a response "We will discuss with you when you check in at our resort" When we arrived, it turned out that the hotel did not have kosher food. The staff at the desk are unhelpful. A taxi driver we ordered left us a message at the desk and the staff didn't bother to inform us about it. The hotel is far from the town center.

Perfect riverside location, attractive natural landscape with many flowers around. Riverview room is incredible, could see the sun and water traffic all day, some lights are too dark (should replace). Staffs are helpful, great service including pool orders. Swiming pool in this season quite hot. Food and drinks are fine in good price, restaurant has beautiful front-river scene and serve in-house vegetable. Interesting experience to go around the resort by bicycle, need to maintain bicycles better to ensure workable brakes. Calm place, peaceful atmosphere. Will come back once travelling to Cai Be again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. So peaceful, lovely staff, stunning gardens growing organic food and beautiful views of the delta. The food at the restaurant is great - I recommend the lemongrass chicken, local fish and the Vietnamese pancake. The manager was very helpful with booking our onward travel and generally being attentive. A perfect place to go if you want to see the delta but also chill out and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Great place and super friendly staff. The resort manager would frequently talk to guest to ask about their needs and make suggestions on things to do. Really good restaurant.

The only thing is the rubbish that is transported in the Mekong river-really sad to see and we wondered if they would be possibilities to involve guest with clean up activities.

The location is very special, with large gardens and grounds right on the river you couldn’t ask for a more ideal setting. The pool area is lovely and the staff were very helpful. The hotel manager Duy personally took care of us - he helped book our bus to the next destination, expertly administered first aid when we needed it, and gave us some interesting facts about the Mekong.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and lovely, some were young and perhaps still training so may need some more guidance - but this didn’t impact our stay which was great.

Fantastic place on the Mekong River. The manager sorted us boat trips, cooking lessons and bikes to explore by ourselves. He was so helpful and spoke very good English. The place is so serene, and the food was amazing. The rooms have everything you need. Would highly recommend.

The property is very well laid out with duplex units on the river, lake or garden. All very nice. The bath is spacious and the little deck nice to enjoy the views. The pool is large although too shallow on one side. Great for the toddlers. The breakfast is good if it’s the buffet but if you order by menu just so so. Restaurant serves nicely prepared dishes at resort prices. Thr staff as usual in Vietnam is eager to help. We arrived by rented scooter and had some trouble with it. Three guys were omit and had the problem fixed in a jiffy.

After two years of Covid you can see the maintenance is behind. The second day we were there the breakfast was by menu. Although we ordered the night before the restaurant staff seemed clueless as to what to serve us. The staff were all very young and more than likely inexperienced. Not an insurmountable problem and to be honest we were the odd man out not speaking Vietnamese. Oh, massages were twice what you’d pay in most places we’ve stayed from Sa Pa to Ho Chi Minh.

Very “niche-type” of resort, not catering to mass traveler looking for holiday in the sun. The Mekong Delta offers fabulous experiences, including boat trips, kayaking, hiking, etc, but all of that is for a special type of sophisticated traveler.

Nothing really; however, the visitors should be aware that the resort probably doesn’t lend itself to lenghy stays.

The facilities are "as advertised". A quiet and well managed property on the banks of the Mekong river. The staff was helpful and cherful. Activities in the area are easy to arrange.
