Very good place even if we stayed just for one night waiting for the ferry to Con Dao. The staff has been very helpful for booking ferry tickets and provide us a taxi very early in the next morning. We checked out at 5am and despite the breakfast started from 6am, they provided us a take away sandwich, fruit, muffins and water. We really appreciated the service. Girls at the reception desk have been very kind and helpful. Perfect room! Wide, clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

Must be improved restaurant service in front of the hotel managed by same property. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t speak english and also basic concepts are not understood. Must also improved the quality of food.

Room was very spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. I had requested a quiet room and this was honoured, we had no disturbances in our three-night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a fridge. The staff we came into contact with were all friendly and spoke at least some English. Breakfast was ample with both Vietnamese dishes and some western foods (bread, cereals, etc) plus juices, tea and coffee, and an egg station also. The head waiter, Sang, was very professional, friendly and helpful. Though outside of the town it is a short (under 10 minute) taxi drive either way at around US$4.

Surprised that there was no iron or ironing board available in the hotel, though this was hardly of critical importance. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is not in the city center but that wasn’t a problem. We took a taxi , easy and cheap. The hotel Is located in front of the river , in a quiet area and we enjoyed the peace a lot.

The staffs were super friendly at the same time professional. The hotel ground is very spacious that one can enjoy a quite walk in the compound. The hotel plantoon is convenient to arrange pickup and drop off for boat excursions.

We would have preferred to be put on higher level for better view of the river as we know that the hotel was hard full. That little niceness go along away for patrons.

Clean, quiet, spacious room, high quality, good value for the price.

It is in a remote part of town, far from the downtown. There isn't really anything within walking distance. You have to take a cab. They were cleaning up from a party and packing up large pipes from tents, and were banging the pipes, so when I went to the pool I didn't stay because it was so loud.

Very quiet and a little bit outside from the center but taking a taxi or grab is not that expensive .

It’s a bit far from everything, you’ll likely need a taxi for everything. But it’s an acceptable compromise given the amenities of the hotel.

The best thing here is the service. it’s amazing, everyone we met in the hotel has a very high level of service. I would say it felt more like a 5-star hotel regarding the service. The hotel was in really good condition, it must have been remodeled recently. The rooms are very spacious, big window and very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good and had everything we wanted.

The bed could’ve been a bit softer. And the pool was a bit dirty.

I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my friends.

Top hotel by the river and in a very quiet location.

It takes you around 10 mins to drive to the center. Not many restaurants are within walking distance.
