no place to hang on anything in the bathroom The bathroom is open without a glass door or curtain and all the water splashes out and there is no way to scoop them off the floor The amount of liquid soap and shampoo is barely enough for one person in the room

hotel was in a good location and the buffet breakfast was good.

the reception staff do not understand English completely. they did not show an intent to communicate or help. the room they allocated was so small, the bed hardly fit in the room. where most hotels provide complimentary bottled water, these people charge. the water in the shower and sink was not draining well, when we called the reception, they did not even think of fixing the problem or moving us to another room they put an extra mat to wipe the legs after the shower. the overall experience was quite bad. I will not recommend this hotel.

small things. like. when arrive. no bank card avail. the inside curtain hanging off. the outside curtains fall short of covering the windows by 20cm. no. tissue paper in holder. battery in clock needs replacing. the worst one in my room as we booked three rooms. i had no hot water. had to shower in friends room. apart from that. not too bad.
