We book 5 rooms for a family trip of 15 including children. The staff is super helpful and flexible to provide "added" beds (with fees) so that each room can accommodate 3. Everyone was enjoying the larger pool as soon as we finished check-in. The resort itself is dated but I like the old charming of "French" influenced architecture with lots of solid wood in construction. The next morning, we had an amazing breakfast buffet where everyone was so happy again!! There are plenty of different kind of foods and we had our lengthy breakfast there!! We also booked from outside a private boat and used its docking access to get on the Mekong boat tour (it's was a horrible tour)

Nothing to dislike. Maybe the bathtub is a bit high on the floor. Maybe not much foot traffic outside of the resorts.

A fantastic place to stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great pool area with plenty of loungers in addition to outdoor seating. Pleased we paid a bit extra to stay in this hotel, definitely worth it!

The price of a glass of house wine is nearly double the cost of a gin and tonic! Happy hour deal only applies to beer. Not the hotel’s fault but the pedestrian walkway into town along the river is closed due to ongoing works. This could be advised beforehand.

It was lovely if a little expensive for Vietnam but we booked last minute so that may be our fault. It would be helpful if the staff had some suggestions of places to cycle in the area on a self-guided tour, and they need to make sure the bikes are in good condition before lending them out. We got the same bike with gear issues twice.

Exceptional, what a lovely hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and we were upgraded from a double to a suite (offered without asking). The main pool is exceptional and the location peaceful beside the Can Tho river yet only a few minutes walk via the pedestrian bridge to the riverside promenade and many excellent restaurants. Hotel breakfast was splendid. It’s the lovely setting, surroundings and staff that make this a wonderful place to stay.

Everything! Best service we have had in Vietnam so far, friendly and will do anything for you. Comfortable room and we were upgraded to a suite when they heard it was our honeymoon. 2 pools that were really well maintained and a deep pool as well (finding a pool over 2 metres deep in vietnam is rare!). When we had to leave super early for a flight, they gave us a beautiful breakfast box each, no additional charge whatsoever. Felt extremely safe too, completely fenced with a security at the gate on entry, and staff/security checking the grounds late in the evening and early in the morning.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing for dinner. Expensive for what it was and felt like flavours and spice was dialed down for Caucasian tourists.

We have been staying for three nights il VICTORIA CAN THO RESORT. The building seems inspired from the Victorian era with beautiful wooden floors ans furniture ,vast stairs and halls, large rooms. The exterior offers great relaxing places with wooded gardens, 2 swimming pools and pleasant terraces. All of this would be little without the outstanding attitude of the staff : attentive and responsive people who keep on caring us. The last but not the least : i had health trouble ; they called a doctor who came quickly and cured e with great professionalism. What else ?? Everything is positive.

We stayed for 5 nights total and the hotel and its facilities were amazing and super cozy. We really enjoyed the two pools and the laidback vibe of the place. The restaurant had great local dishes and the spa was fantastic. Furthermore they offer different tours and it is easy to book them with the reception. Last but not least I want to mention the staff, who were the kindest and most service-minded that my wife and I have ever met. They were always super friendly and helpful - simply incredible! :) I really recommend staying here!

We travelled in June low season, weather raining with some sun average temperatures 25 degrees. Very quiet. Pool and restaurant beautiful, staff speak Ok English. Lovely food and restaurant highly recommend. Hotel lovely French Colonial Style, gorgeous.

I wish there were more activities, food and drink expensive I would say 30% more than HCM/ Hanoi. We went to the resort to do the Mekong Delta but very dirty, disappointed.

Ok let me begin!!! So I have read all the negatives reviews, and yes I agree with some of them!!! Ok it’s not a 5 star resort, before COVID I think I would have been, like every country in the world, COVID has hurt a lot of businesses, and I think this is one of them, ok it needs a lick of paint and a few things done, this property is massive, it has little bungalows all around it, I think there’s around 150 rooms, and probably sleeps over 300 people plus, our rooms was in the main building over looking the ocean and the pool with a balcony, we had heaps of room with a fantastic aircon the breakfast was great with a large selection the staff were absolutely amazing, the main pool was beautifully clean and warm, ok the other pool is closed for maintenance, who cares, the main pool is where the bar restaurant and beach is anyway , much nicer with a sea breeze,we had dinner at the restaurant, and that to was great , it’s a little bit out from town but it’s nice and quiet in the night to sleep, and at the lobby if you want to go to town it’s easy, they can order you a grab / taxi if you want, so summing it up, yes we will definitely go back here as we had a great few days, thanks again to all the staff, and I wish you guys the very best, hopefully now all the tourists will start coming back to Vietnam and support each and everyone of you 👏👏

I loved the style and vibes of the hotel. The architecture definitely takes you to another time. The location is nice since you can walk the boardwalk and see lights. The hotel is very clean with amazing staff! Everyone at the hotel was so sweet and friendly. Shout out to chi Huong, anh Tuan, em Duy & a couple more that I forgot their names. The buffet was delicious & had so many options. Western & vietnamese food, I’m still dreaming about! I met a sweet chef there at the egg station, she was so sweet as well. All in all, I definitely would come back for the hospitality.
