Love the secluded island location, very peaceful and felt good being situated in nature without the city noise. The rooms and facilities were excellent, incredibly comfortable as I expect from Azerai. The food and meals were high standard, the a la carte buffet breakfast was exceptional. As always there was a diverse range of curated experiences available which made the days more meaningful. But overall, what makes Azerai so special, as in Huế, is the staff. They are so kind, polite, and attentive, and with such readiness to meet your requests and try enthusiastically to make your stay special. Big thanks to all at Azerai CT, including the front office staff, spa staff, and everyone in the bar and restaurant, particular miss Ngọc who made extra effort to prepare a special anniversary cake at short notice. Azerai really understands customer service. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Beautiful property that absolutely made our stay in Can Tho - we stayed for 3 nights but wish we’d had one more day! If we’d stayed in a hotel in Can Tho, we probably wouldn’t have loved the place … the staff at Azerai were so kind, 5 star service and a special experience being our first 5 star hotel stay! The rooms are immaculate and just as pictured. Worth coming to Can Tho for!

Meals and services on site are expensive BUT also delicious / delightful so worth every penny. They boat leaves the island on the hour and comes back to the island every half hour later so some of our plans were changed from what we might ideally do in Can Tho given we weren’t prepared to pay for additional trips

The hotel is very charming with check in happening on the mainland and a boat taking you into the hotel. The hotel is really impressive with all facilities one would want and a sizable pool. The large lotus garden also looked great. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was really good. The breakfast which was cooked for order was even better. I took the local fish soup and it was just great. Would very easily stay again.

Might be a bit of my issue but I didn't realise it, it took us 4 hours via painfully slow taxi to get from Saigon airport to the hotel. Fly to can tho directly. I would have also preferred to have a bath in the room but I don't have many concerns.

The grounds and facilities were very nice and clean.

The breakfast was decent but not exceptional. However the atmosphere by the pool was very nice. Some staff were friendly, but others were not attentive, particularly when arriving at the welcome pavilion or getting off the boat at the resort. The most disappointing part was not being able to stay at the hotel together with my wife and two young children. The hotel has a one-child policy. Three staff asked at different times why my family didn’t join me, which was an interesting question in light of having tried to do so. It was sad the hotel the policy would not allow us to stay together.

Large and super comfortable room. Good water pressure for shower and bed was comfortable! Restaurant was very good - lots of options, also catered to our dietary restrictions (dairy & gluten intolerances), very tasty and good coffee! Didn't have time to use the gym but we noted they even have pilates reformer equipment! Large clean swimming pool.

Long 3 hr drive from HCMC airport but nothing you can do about it. We had a super comfortable transfer through the Resort.

Lovely hotel on a remote island in the Mekong Delta. If you are looking for a retreat with good food and comfort, this is the place. Rooms Beautiful and functional rooms, especially river and lake rooms enjoy gorgeous views. We enjoyed room #11 very much. Nearby activities The spa has a wide range of treatments to offer, a multi-day one is well worth it. The pool is lovely, though not very deep (1.2m max). Walkability The expansive grounds can be walked comfortably or biked. Food & drinks Great Vietnamese fare and overall high quality cuisine, the meat in particular.

Certain "choreography" elements for a hotel of this class were "off", noticeable only when staying longer than a night or two.

What a jewel, it felt so nice to be on the island. We didn't explore Can Tho much, we did take a boat to the floating markets which was great. The river is somehow both busy and serene, the pool is great, and most importantly we thought the food was amazing. Got to try so many specific dishes that would normally take a lot of effort to seek out across the country, and I found it all to be fresh and flavorful. Everyone that works there is lovely.

The pool was beautiful - could have been a touch cooler but because it wasn't very deep, it warmed up quite a bit. First world problem, that is for sure! No-one else on the Mekong had the benefit of a lovely pool.

A private island very close to the busy city of Can Tho with a lot of green space and a huge pool. Staff was absolutely amazing and we did a floating market trip in a private boat which was very pleasant. You have bikes available to explore the small island and lot of privacy in your villa. Surprisingly, no bugs. Seems that during the weekend there are more families and more kids, so a bit less quiet. Watch out for potential naughty monkeys:p

An oasis & sanctuary from Can Tho city, very quiet & peaceful. We experienced an abundance of bird songs, thankfully free wild (an unfortunate rarity else where). the Villa was very comfortable & bed turn downs very detailed & delightful. The staff very attentive & helpful. Complimentary iced soda & cold towel by the pool a welcome plus.

The food was delicious & beautifully present, however if you are staying & eating at the resort for more than a few days, the lack of diverse choices (particularly for vegetarians) can be limited.
