I loved the peace and tranquility of the location. I loved that the accomodation is situated right next to the game reserve, so seeing some of the beautiful wild life so close by was incredible. I loved how modern the flat was and how quickly the staff ensured it was spotless while you went out to do a quick lunch or errand. The staff go above and beyond to welcome you and ensure you are comfortable.

I don't have any complaints.

Wow what a beautiful accommodation the locations is amazing overlooking a nature reserve and we got to spot rhinos 🦏 at night by the dam, the rooms are super clean and a true reflection of the pictures when booking and the staff is excellent we had a easy checking in process and the next day our room was cleaned to perfection.

The only thing we didn’t like are the curtains in the room aren’t blockout curtains so at night we struggled to sleep because of the bright lights from the veranda transmitting light into the room

The location is beautiful and very convenient for accessing all parts of Queenstown. The owner's Marlene and Leon were very accommodating and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Perfect as a base in Queenstown.

There was nothing that was a problem. The unit is clean, private and quiet. I have no complaints. Staff were helpful and the property overlooks a beautiful game reserve.

Convenient location outside of busy town centre, pleasant hosts who had to deal with our reservation not coming through from booking.com, secure parking near unit, well equipped, comfortable bed and pillows, chairs inside and outside handy, adjacent to nature reserve.

Hooks in the bathroom would be useful. Warning notices in the room with exclamation marks and threats of fines appear to be a necessary evil these days.

We arrived in the wake of a devastating hailstorm which had smashed windows and caused extensive damage to the lovely garden. They must have worked flat out for 24 hours to clean up. Our room was attractive, with everything we could possibly need. The location is excellent. Our breakfast was delivered to the room and was delicious. Marlene is a lovely, chatty hostess, who made us feel most welcome.

Staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. They arranged a braai for us and it had all we required. It was fine for an overnight stay and luckily the weather was good.

It was very small for 2 couples and we needed to take the neighbours table in order of the 4 of us to sit and eat together.

Excellent location, right next to the Reserve. We were greeted by rhinos in the mornings and wonderfull bird song. Host Marlene was extremely helpfull to sort out our booking to extend our stay and correct my errors.

Only complaint is shower in Rhino didn’t work properly cos temperature control excessively sensitive. I consider this to be a minor, fixable problem. Otherwise great place for resting on a long journey

Quiet location next to a reserve. Lovely outdoor space. Well designed indoor space and well equipped for summer and winter. Friendly staff. Parking right outside the room.
