I recently had the pleasure of staying at Madeira bed , a self-catering guest house, and I can confidently say that it deserves the highest rating possible. This was a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, neat and modern with a lovely small outside deck to sit on. This is a very good find and Ill go back there anytime. Although I managed to book a not pet friendly room the host was more than willing to assist. Secure parking available.

Would suggest to also have a duvet available, with the comforter. The guests next door left the outside light on and it lit up our room, maybe consider a way to be able to switch it off.

These guys were awesome as usual. I have stayed here before, they always so accommodating. I did one of my all night drives and turned up at like 10:30 they were kind enough to let me check in early so I could get some much needed sleep. The bed was awesome. I even forgot my pillows and they kept them for me when I came back on the next stay. I will always come back to this place. Ita quiet, safe and comfortable.

Nice welcome from the host. Our room was upgraded at no cost to us. The room is the perfect size for a 1 night stay - not too small and not too big. It was comfortable with heater and electric blanket provided.

They were fabulous! I just turned up after a 10 hour night drive and they let me check in extra early so I could get some sleep. They were so accommodating. The bed was nice and soft, I slept like a stone. Thanks for being awesome!! 5 stars from me.

The shower hot water only lasted 3 minutes.

The room was a beautiful size and the beds were comfortable. The shower was a comfortable size & the facility very clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It is a quite area with a beautiful garden.

The floors are wooden and had a creaky sound when walking through the room at times.

The place was private and comfortable and the neighbourhood was friendly, beautiful and safe. The ensuit bathroom and shower was great and the details, switches, kitchen, lounge and bedroom were all perfect including black curtains to block the light.

The only problem I had was the noise made by the cottage next door as they woke up around 6am and started showering and being a bit noisy getting ready while I was trying to sleep. There is a fan in the room which helped to block some of that noise.

The place is very cosy and kept very clean. I enjoyed my stay there. The location is exceptional, in a suburban area with lots of trees.

The place was very neat and peaceful as well as it is very safe workers always smile geating I enjoy stay with my partner we had wonderful time privacy was given I didn't even notice that there was loading it's like no laodshading everything it was just perfect
