The manager was exceptionally friendly. He helped us to find places to eat and fun things to do. He also arranged an impromptu horse ride, which was extremely fun and appreciated.

The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel was on a hill, but there really isn't much to do about that. No negative experiences!

It was quite chilly, and the hotel provided plenty of super warm blankets. The staff was helpful. The water was hot.

Staff extremely helpful and very welcoming. Property is bespoke in style, reflecting the local area - all of this is really well done. Located in Cabanaconde, it is ideally located to see the western (and most spectacular) end of the Colca Canyon.

Huge room, warm shower, delicious dinner and cold beer! A great place to start hiking in the Colca Canyon, and they let us leave our bags for two nights plus did laundry! The lomo saltado was amazing.

Hugely welcoming staff who helped us get set up for our trek - large clean rooms with great views and a good on-site restaurant!

The design of rooms is slightly strange, creative, but awkward. Price of dinner is 50% more than anywhere else in Peru, which is still cheap, but it feels strange. The pictures here put nice edge to aging property... Might still be best option in Cabanaconde, but relative to some great hotels we stayed at in Peru, this was average experience...
