The staff were really excellent, especially Dennis and Andrea, but the others as well! I really appreciated them starting and maintaining the hanging fireplaces in the main communal area, the room service, answering all of my questions, helping me arrange a tour, etc. The hotel’s views are delightful; I really enjoyed the gas fireplaces, which really did warm up the room, and the jacuzzi.

The beds are pretty hard, and also you have to pay extra to use the gym/hot tub/pool/sauna - probably both of these things are typical for Peru though! Oh also the pool is tiny, but I loved it anyways. Seems worth noting that the hotel is not really walking distance to Yanque.

This is a brand new, sparkling, modern hotel. Every detail has been carefully crafted and it combines Inka decor with Spanish colonial. The ceilings are sky high and there is an amazing view from every room including a sprawling dining room. The only thing nicer than the hotel are the people who run it. They go to great lengths ensuring you have everything you need and will help you coordinate your trip months before you arrive. They even check in with you when you land in Lima to make sure all is well! Exceptional service, food and comfort. The thermal pool, wet and dry sauna are the best way to relax after a day exploring or horse back riding! Highly recommend. This is the new gem of Colca valley!

Brand new facility, clean and in a great location to visit all the important points of Colca valley. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Surprising for a brand new hotel we found some issues that should have been thought of or addressed before completion and opening. Like the jacuzzi in the room that didn’t work, lack of bathroom hooks, not to mention the sewage smell in the room. 3 different prices provided for a taxi to a nearby restaurant venue (2 of which communicated as the ride began). The spa area (whose access is not included in the price) was way too cold to be of any relief from the outside temperature so essentially unusable.

A brand new hotel with superb views over the Colca Canyon. The restaurant overlooking the valley and mountains beyond is very good, with the alpaca dishes being particularly tasty. There was a better than average selection for breakfast, and service was attentive but not intrusive. The barman (whose name I didn't catch, sadly) mixes a very decent Pisco Sour. There is parking to the rear of the building. The staff (particularly Gaudi the receptionist/concierge) were friendly and genuinely seemed to want us to have a great time. Apparently there is a also sauna, but we didn't use it. The room was very comfortable, with an open (gas) fire and spa bath,. The kettle was a welcome addition.

The water needs to be a bit hotter and come on earlier, wifi a bit weak in our room.

We loved the attentiveness of the staff. Everybody was so helpful! The food in the restaurant was amazingly good. Very good chef. Location perfect, although not in the city centre of Yanque easily reachable by taxi. But the staff made the stay absolutely worthwhile!

I liked the property, but due to low season it wasn’t busy at all. The staff is remarkable, they tried to compensate every need.

Beautiful facilities! Not only it is located in the most charming village in Colca, but its facilities are also luxurious while preserving the design of the surroundings. The food is excellent, and it even has a thermal pool!!

Our room was very comfortable. It was quiet and had a great view. The wifi was good, the shower was hot, and the gas fireplace was luxury. We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. There was a balcony with a spectacular view on the canyon. The food was great. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and gave us the warmest welcome. Highly recommended!

The location is incomparable. Near lots of beautiful nature, and the views were amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative. Always willing to help and very respectful
