The facilities were beautiful and the staff very friendly. We came back to the hotel late one night and our kids were hungry, all the stores were closed, but the restaurant staff was very kind and able to prepare a meal for them even though the restaurant was already closed. The security guard helped us carry the food to our room with a smile on his face and shared some fun stories with us. The property is exceptionally beautiful and our kids enjoyed the trampoline and the playground. I will stay there again in the future.

Everything was incredible but the room was very hot even with the central air on. Additionally, the check-in time was very long, we waited in line for almost an hour before we were checked in and assigned a room. There was only one receptionist and she looked very overwhelmed and stressed.

There you can really relax, great kitchen. Exceptional craft beer.

This is not our first visit to the Żelechów Palace and - as always - our stay was extremely pleasant. :-) The smiling, polite and helpful staff makes you feel really special and comfortable in this hotel. There is also no problem with arranging a SPA treatment or carrying out an additional request, e.g. a place to safely store tour bikes. Both the rooms and the common space are clean and tidy. Comfortable rooms; comfortable beds; good quality bedding. Furniture, chandeliers, wallpapers, curtains and other elements of equipment match the character of the entire palace interior. Unique restaurant !!! Each of the menu items is tasty and worth trying, each dish is beautifully composed on the plate. Don't forget about home-made beer and tinctures! Delicious and varied breakfasts: several hot dishes, drinks and a lot of extras (vegetables, fruit, cheese, fish, meats, etc ...); very tasty fresh bread. It is possible to eat in the park in separate garden tents. The swimming pool area is bright and spacious, connected directly to the outdoor swimming pool in the park. The outdoor pool is adjacent to a quiet dike between two ponds arranged to rest on deckchairs - if you are lucky, a butterfly or a dragonfly will sit on your deckchair. Silence, twilight and pleasant music and smell in the SPA zone are conducive to relaxation. Baths work well; treatments start on time. I took advantage of the massage offer: a perfectly realized classic full body massage - thank you very much for that! :-) * * * PS. Minor improvement suggestions: 1. Increase the pressure in the water system to improve the flow of water from the shower. 2. Cover the conference building with dense and high greenery, because its view is an aesthetic disturbance for the guests of the palace - especially during a meal in the garden.

We generally like this place—it's not our first time here. The breakfast is very good! The selection isn't huge, but the quality is excellent. The spa/wellness area is very nice, and the surroundings are lovely. The rooms are small but clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. I totally recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing and romantic weekend. It's not really a "family with kids" kind of place, as it’s more focused on coziness, relaxation, and quietness.

The hotel has a very strict check-out policy, especially for a spa hotel. I've visited this hotel a few times over the past three years, and we were usually allowed a late check-out of 1-2 hours, which was a big benefit. After a later breakfast, we could still relax in the spa area. However, it seems the owner or management has changed. The new policy states that if you're even 30 minutes late for check-out, the hotel will charge you 50% of the daily room rate. What was really surprising for me was when I tried to book a 1-hour massage for myself at 12:30 (30 minutes after check-out). I asked if my husband could wait for me in the swimming pool area for an hour, but this request was rejected. Instead, they suggested he wait for me in the restaurant. He was willing to do that, but I declined. Although I believe it would have been much better for the hotel to allow him to stay in the pool while I paid for an additional service. Actualy this reason caused that previous year we visited this hotel 3 times, and during last year only once, as we didnt like the approach.
