We needed a last minute space for 3 siblings - 3 beds and we needed a breakfast. The hotel was clean, the included breakfast was better than most American breakfasts for a hotel. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed. The room was clean. It was quiet. The bathroom was really nice and clean.

Of course, the breakfast could always be better. I think that if the breakfasts were typically better in motels, people might prefer motels over Airbnb's. Of course, the prices seem to go higher and higher each year -- and that is frustrating. It would have been great to have 3 real beds instead of a sofa bed for the 3rd bed, but maybe not that many families travel together? Basically, relative to other US hotels, this one was nice.

The breakfast is the typical motel fare. The breakfast area was kept clean, the food was hot or cold as appropriate. This location is great for those traveling I-70. The front desk clerk was very friendly and very accomodating. He gave us some recommendations of places to eat. The one we chose was very good. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, the rooms were very spacious.

I cant think of anything that didn't meet my expectations..

Not enough parking spots when trailers and vehicles park in multiple spots. I had to park at the hotel next door and walk to my hotel. I was also charged 2 times for my stay. I have notified the front desk and am still waiting to hear back about the charge.

The room was very nice, and the bathroom was huge. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. However, I'm not sure I would stay there again personally. See the answer why below...

An emergency came up, and I had to leave, so I only stayed one night. I was told that I would get some kind of reimbursement from Booking.com. The worker/manager (I think) said he would take care of it if Booking.com reached out. When they reached out the manager was "Never There" and gave us the runaround. I still haven't been refunded. I'd be fine if they would have just said no we can't refund you for the night you aren't staying, but they gave us the runaround. That is unacceptable, therefore I'll probably never start there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was very nice, the water was warm.

The tv viewing choices were terrible. I couldn't stream from my phone either. I tried for way too long to stream from my phone. We ended up watching something from my phone.

breakfast- amazing! location- right off highway, beds-great, appeared to be very clean, no bad odors, pool-very clean, exercise room-awsome and plenty of wipes to clean machines after use. price...a little high. I would drive a little further to always stay at one of these, if it was always this amazing at all of the Holiday Inns.

front desk lady was not very welcoming at all. She said she was "tired". But we all have our days.

Great room. Very nice property. The breakfast was actually MUCH better than most hotels. They had biscuits and gravy, and REAL bacon! The breakfast staff was working very hard to keep everything stocked and house keeping added some very nice touches.

The breakfast was okay, there needed to be a choice of regular eggs instead of only an egg white veggie omelet, plus it was super busy and they were out of biscuits when we came down at 8am for breakfast.

Our arrival was delayed due to interstate closure. We called & talked with Tiffany. She assured us our room would be held until we arrived. We finally arrived, exhausted, after a long day of frustrations and the room was perfect. So was the breakfast!!!

The breakfast was great - lots of hot items including cheese inlets, biscuits & gravy, cinnamon rolls etc. Hotel is new and very clean with comfortable beds.

My only negative is that the smoke detector in the room was located above the bed and omitted a bright flash every 10 seconds or so throughout the night. That was kind of irritating.
