Great property. right on beach in large and well maintained grounds. Our 9 night stay went quickly and was very restful.

My wife has dietary limitations. Dairy and gluten intolerant and struggled with the meals. Resort is a looong way from Noumea. We drove in a rental car and it was a solid day travel each way. Having car at resort was helpful. Don’t have a jaccuzzi unit unless you specifically want one. They use half the deck area and are quite noisy. Resort could be more helpful about getting there if they want international visitors. They could arrange tickets for the bus that leaves from near Cin E City Noumea at 10.30 am. Or a taxi pick up from Kone airport which would be a much quicker and easier trip. Visitor information is generally quite hard to find. Particularly if you have only schoolboy french.

The ocean view room was outstanding, the view exceptional Beach very clean and nice to stroll along, the waves rolling in gave us the peace and quiet we were expecting We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, we are not big eaters so found the value for our food, which was nice and lots of variations expensive The beer was cold and the cocktails too nice to say no to a second or third one

I guess the thing that did bug me was - you offer Netflix on the tv, google account but you don’t provide access to it Could not turn on English subtitles No casting from our own devices We did seek help but “it is what it is” The plus side we read books and played cards!

Our bungalow was a few metres from the water, stunning location in beautiful well maintained grounds. Boardwalks laid out to get to each stand alone bungalow. We had a bath and a shower which was luxurious. The restaurant for both breakfasts and dinner were by far the best we had. The restaurant staff were lovely and quickly ensured we had English menus once they realised we spoke very little French.

When we asked for cushions for the deck loungers we were told there were no more available. It would be great to lie on the loungers on the deck but the became a bit redundant without cushions. This did not really detract from our stay though. The door handle on the sliding door was broken, which we reported to reception and she took note of it, so hopefully that is fixed for the next residents.

A lovely location with pleasant staff. We couldn't swim at the beach due to shark sightings but there was a very nice pool. We enjoyed our restaurant meal but also went out for a meal. We arrived early but our room was ready and so we were very pleased to be able to use it from our arrival.

The room was a bit musty and could have done with a good airing before our arrival. The hotel does have a problem with little cockroaches. They are well aware of this and so do not provide room service. I am not sure they use any other means of control.

Beautiful location right on the beach. The pool was lovely, the beach beautiful, amazing sunrise and sunsets, beautiful gardens and peaceful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. We spoke English and the staff primarily spoke french, however they tried to communicate effectively and we managed to communicate. Our family including 4 teenage/ young adult children had a very lovely and relaxing stay.

It seemed like a long drive from Noumea ( 4 1/2l) hours....but this was also what made it so beautiful to visit.

We ate at the restaurant both nights we stayed at Tieti and were happy with the food on both occasions. The first night buffet was particularly good. We had a beach front bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable with a nice verandah looking onto the beach. Sound of the waves, very tranquil.

Nothing really. More inforamation about the local area and things to do would have been good.

Beautiful location.Bungalows were old but very clean. Pool and bar area very clean and inviting.

The dinner buffet quality was not great.We prefer a plant based diet but very little choice in that respect. There was no ala carte option available that night so had no alternative choice. No eating out options in Poindemie either. Breakfast buffet was really good.Plenty of choice.

Room clean and tidy Area very nice. Facilities very clean and tidy for a remote location on an island. Attached dive center is very professional and the diving is good.

The evening menu was a bit to fancy for us and a couple of people we spoke to. A pizza. Hot chips. Burger would have been a good addition without adding to many items the the menu. Advised to stay out of the water due to shark risk. I feel this is an over reaction from noumea, luckily there is a pool on site.

This is a truely beautiful resort: right on the beach, set in lovely tropical gardens, great pool, kids facilities and lovely bungalows. The bungalows are architecturally design to withstand cyclones but they retain the flavour of a tropical island home. The air conditioning is great and the bath huge and shower fantastic. We had a unit with a jacuzzi which was so very luxurious. The resort is perfectly safe and the staff helpful and charming in a quiet way. We liked the sense of Kanaka culture in the community. The operator employs over 90 percent local women, and so adds significantly to the local economy bringing financial security to many households. This is not the Gold Cost (Australia) nor a Parisian apartment: it is its own expression of the French Pacific. It feels like a long way from everywhere: it is a gorgeous place to stay. We’re definitely coming back.

Great location in a quiet area on the edge of town and right on a nice sandy beach. The room was a standard motel type room, quite spacious and with a small terrace facing the garden. There was a good selection of offerings for breakfast, which was a buffet, and the staff were accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

We had twin beds which were narrow and the mattresses quite hard. If staying again we would opt for a double in the hope of more comfort.
