Excellent location and the premises remind you of an era gone by. Very easy to get around and not too far from the airport either. The bits that we will remember however are the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Narain, who is one of the servers at the restaurant, is helpful, friendly and pays attention to the small details. I hope the management team note this as he definitely has a knack for serving customers with a smile - even when things get busy! I also want to say thanks to Ankit at the front desk, who was always available to help out especially when we had some challenges with connectivity and also when we had a delayed flight…..his help made us all just a bit easier for us all. Thanks to both and the staff in general, who were welcoming and hospitable.

It is an older building and can do with some upgrades and freshening up. The location and charm of the building sometimes gets lost because the upkeep is probably not keeping up. WiFi challenges on a couple of days were resolved quickly so I suspect that’s not a permanent issue.

nothing to be unliked but breakfast menu could be improved as they have only 4 or 5 dishes to offer. no juice or fruits in breakfast.

Looks expensive not value for money. Reserve through booking.com not advisable at all. Amount charged for 2 nights is more than the agreed amount. When asked then told it is the tax amount. Not flexible for any change.

Although, the bathroom is size very nice and big but the bedroom size could be a little better.

super courteous staff, clean rooms, amazing room service, loved their breakfast buffet! The hotel is at the best location - main tourist spots are nearby (some at walking distance only)

Room Size

Everything was Perfect. We were 11 family members. Location at city center. All tourist points accessible. Rooms, Toilet and surrounding very clean. Washrooms had almost all facilities. Breakfast was good. We also had Dinner which was good. You will get Autos just outside hotel.(autos are better to roam around since road are very narrow). Staff was welcoming.
