We had a fantastic stay at Mangal View Residency as the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom and common areas were always cleaned regularly. Virendra at the reception was very polite and helpful. Check in process was hassle free. He organised our airport transfer too. The breakfast buffet was delicious with varied choice of food everyday. Karan was always smiling and he was very polite and gentle always ready to help. All the staff members were very attentive and kept on refilling the food immediately. There was ample food available at all times. Would definitely love to visit again.

The rooms are super clean and spacious. Amazing view from the terrace restaurant. Breakfast was also good. Special thanks to booking.com support who helped negotiate our preponing of checkout.

Staff couldn't accommodate our request to get side by side room and said we will have to upgrade room for that even though we had booked 2 weeks in advance . I was travelling with my parents so it would have helped us.

We had a nice stay in this hotel with a lovely rooftop restaurant, where we had a very good dinner. The hotel location is about 15 min walk to the lake and palace or just 2 minutes by car.

We did not like the fact that we were unable to pay with our credit cards, which we used many times in other places in Udaipur. Hotel staff tried to process the payment 5 or 6 times in 2 separate occasions in 2 different days, but the cards were "rejected", so we had to go for ATM at the end.

Since it is a newly built Hotel i must say it is awesome to stay in, best part is it is located near to all major tourist places, the room size is fine for a couple but becomes congested with 3 people, rest everything is good, Food is awesome and Rooftop experience is amazing, prices are fine

Extra bed on the ground actually I expected a single folding bed with mattress will be given. The room size is small but all the amenities furniture is provided due to which no space is left in the room becomes very congested which I did not enjoy.. Breakfast was repeated on the 3rd day which was not good at all,2nd day we had a lot of variety to enjoy in the breakfast, but if ordered from the menu then it's good. Things like Dal Khichdi should be served with curd,pickle, and papad but nothing was there then I had to request them and got it so that was good.

Location was great. Lunch and dinner was excellent. Good value for money and delicious food. The staff was helpful and polite. Everywhere was very clean.

Excessive use of mothballs….our room stank of them. We found 6 under the bed. They are everywhere. Too much, too toxic. Unpleasant smell and having to breathe in toxic fumes if them.

The hotel has an excellent location, at some 900 m from the palace (which can be seen from the terrace). It has nice rooms, decently furnished and heating during the winter, which is a huge plus. Very nice reception staff, we were given the room upon arrival, during the morning, since it was already cleaned up.

The property is new and clean. The breakfast and service was good. Location is walking distance (10-15min) from the main tourist spots. You need to tell the rickshaw “RMV road”. They also have a good rooftop restaurant but with very limited menu. There is an SBI ATM opposite the property and a nice park called Gulab Park nearby.

No complaints about the property but there were these loud speaking disturbing Gujrati group of tourists staying on our floor who had zero etiquettes.

Location is very close all the major tourist attractions. City palace view from the room and rooftop Cafe is exactly same as shown in the pictures. Breakfast was decent. Very thing was good. No complaints.

The entrance should be easily accessible to old travelers. There is a flight of 10stairs that one needs to take. Though elevator option is there in the basement the entry point has a steep slope. A bit risky for old traveller's

Very attentive staff. They don't have laundry on site as indicated but they helped us get laundry done externally Big and comfy room We didn't use the daily cleaning but it's available leaving the key

They had a problem with water and we didn't have any for a few hours in the afternoon. The fridge in the room didn't work. No locker in the room
