The hotel is worth a stay as most of the places are at walking distance like the city palace , jag temple, pichola lake and so many cafes nearby Jagdish temple. Rooms are clean and spacious, comfortable. Staff helped us to rent a scooty which is 350 for a day and it's amazing here to ride the scooty.

The washroom was clean but it was smelly otherwise it was all nice

The swimming pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. The food was average and could be improved in terms of both variety and taste.

The lift was not working and since the restaurant is on the 4th floor, it was a hassle to take the stairs from the lobby/rooms on lower floors. The in-room landline was not working, although the staff respond to your queries immediately.

Location of the hotel is perfect. The room size was enough. The view from their terrace resturant and swimming pool was very awesome. Staff was well behaved, room was cleaned. All in all, my stay was very nice.

There was no attendant when we reached but came when called. There were some delays in few services though. This can be improved.

It’s in a prime location with city palace being a 7 mins walk away. Beautiful rooftop view of the city palace. Hot water was ample, staff was polite, room was clean, food was good and overall value for money!

I booked a room for my family here and my experience staying in this property was really beautiful. At such affordable rates, you get a spacious room, swimming pool and a in house cafeteria with delicious food. What do a person wants other than this. The staff was good tooo. 100% recommend.

Behaviour of staff i.e. I reach at 11am they told booking is from 12noon. At 12 told it will take 1-2hrs to get room ready. Also suggested us to go and visit palace near to hotel. We went and it was rush and delay in returning. One person called and told that we are cancelling your booking as you had not make payment. Even my luggage and car is parked in their premises. For this I have came back in between of my visit of palace and loose approx 900/- paid for palace visit. Is this is the way of talking fro. Reception desk

They Informed Pool is not working. I asked day before arrival still they refused to use pool.

The management is especially very good.Rooms and location are also fantastic. Rooftop restaurant & Baar make your trip most memorable.
