Staff were excellent, food was good and and the rooftop view was great.

The room was a little cold and suffered from condensation from the shower. It may have been helpful to be able to open a window or get some heat from the air conditioner.

Smelly, all over the place...seems like a general problem, no fault of the management. Food at the only rooftop restaurant was just passable. They did their best.

Found this hotel by chance on and am so so so glad I did! The rooms were incredible, so spacious and clean. We felt so well taken care of. The staff were extremely kind and adjusting, making sure we were happy. They were helpful in arranging our taxis at very reasonable prices and accommodating all our food requests at odd hours. The food was made fresh and was perfect. Overall we loved it and cannot recommend this more to travellers!! Also it had the best view of the palace :)

Beautifully furnished new hotel, extremely comfortable elegant room decor, attentive staff, incredible rooftop(with pool)& restaurant is a heavenly spot for breakfast or to relax in the evening with a view of the palace. Met the owners and they as well as the staff could not be more accommodating. Were given a choice of rooms, picked one on the street to enjoy the view of greenery. Quality windows so the noise was no problem. Easy walk to the palace and shops. Great location.

The hotel is great, really clean and well maintained - and had beautiful views of the city from the rooftop. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do more for us during our stay - in particular the reception staff. The food was lovely and made fresh.

The breakfast and restuarant menu were quite sparse, however the food we did eat there was really nice and made fresh.

The management and owners were very cordial and caring. The staff was very courteous and friendly and tended right away to our needs. The rooms and linens were white and clean.

The drainage system in the bathroom was emitting a foul odor from time to time. The breakfast buffet could have included more dishes, although they were happy to take orders.

Breakfast set up felt a bit disorganised and utilitarian. Didn’t feel able to relax. Might be language barrier.

A romantic hotel with amazing breakfast and views over the palace from the breakfast room and roof.

We had a room at the side of the hotel which was probably quieter but the room didn't have any view.

This is an exceptional hotel. Not because of the clean, hygienic and large rooms, or because of its central location in easy walking distance of the lake and city palace, or because the delicious food served on a beautiful roof-top terrace, but because all the staff are so caring and supportive. On arrival they make you feel that you are “part of their family”. They will go out of their way to care for you and make sure you get the most out of your stay in Udaipur. In my case, I had an unfortunate medical condition flare up and they immediately showed me to a doctor in the hotel and then went themselves to collect the prescription. I am very grateful. Bravo! Best hotel stay in India so far!
