Convenient hotel located just next to Shenzhen north station. Pullman standards so comfortable and clean. The hotel have a nice breakfast with both Asian and European option. Inside there is also a chinese restaurant. Decent pool ( all the bed chair a shaded ) and nice gym. There is a lot of traffic when taking cab / disk around due to the station traffic.

We took a suite and add access to the executive lounge. This was extremely disappointing. Like many executive lounge nowadays there is not much effort here . It’s basically empty with drinks hanging there. The poor little receptionist is there alone with no one to help her to clean and take care of the guest. The worst part is that the lounge is empty I went there 3 time to check : during the day barely some nuts and few soft drinks. At night the lay out mechanically some bottle of spirit without any soft drink or anything else. Example they do have gin but there is no tonic so you are suppose to drink pure … Shame because the space is big and look fully equipped and could be a great chilling space.

The rooms in this hotel are spectacular with amazing views over Shenzhen. Bed is very comfortable and great bathroom / shower. I paid around £70 GBP per night for my stay which is incredible value. Reception is on the 50th floor so the hotel has a very cool feeling as you arrive.

The coffee at breakfast is brutal. I often find this when I travel to China. Apart from that, the breakfast is good with a good selection of food. Also the pool was closed which is was a shame.

Amazing location, right on the train station. Helpful staff with great English skills (unlike what some other reviews stated), they sent detailed instructions on how to navigate and find the hotel lobby which turned out to be essential because it is a little confusing. Incredible view from the high floors.

Hotel is modern and clean. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Lobby is locate at 46th floor and very nice view. After work have a drink at the lobby lounge is so relaxing. Rooms located at 47th and above with nice view. Comfy bed and pillow. Most important for me, Super convenient and is just less then 5 min walk to the Shenzhen North station.

If you are foodie, other then three hotel restaurants and some fast food at the station. Not much choices around.

Location is perfect as it's connected to Shenzhenbei station. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choice! The hotel itself feels luxurious and futuristic - with it's robot cleaners getting on the lift etc! The room was incredibly good and one you would be paying many times over in Europe.

The swimming pool was one of the reasons in booking this hotel so was very disappointing that I was then told it was closed - seasonal reasoning doesn't really make sense as it was 27c out!

We've got upgraded to the Deluxe Suite which includes a bedroom and a living room. It is very spacious and nicely furnished. The view is also nice. The bathtub has an amazing view. The bed and the overall stay was comfortable.

It looked and felt clean. We liked the room all the way until I stepped into the shower area to find a toothbrush and package left by the previous occupant... Location wise it should be a good one for business, but less convenient for leisure travellers as it's slightly far off from tourist attractions.

Everything new and clean. Great location to get around Shenzhen. Efficient staff. Don't believe the myth about unfriendly staffs here. Whether they're proficient in English...I don't know though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here very much and have no hesitation to recommend it to any traveler.

The windows are a bit dirty (from the outside). It somewhat reduces the impact of looking out from 5x floor.

Nothing at all But if must talk about disliking stuff .. maybe need to transfer to 3 lift b4 reaching train station level from room level

The location served us very well. The staff were courteous and helpful especially those at breakfast. They were alert and meticulous. When the sun rays began to come in, the staff would immediately lower the blinds to a level shielding us from the sun without blocking the view.The breakfast was superb too. I used the gym and it served my purpose.

Perfect location. 5 min from high speed rail. Great room. Lovely staff. Speaks English well. Breakfast was really nice too. Swimming pool good to cool off after a hot day. Would definitely stay here again.

Bit expensive compared to all my other hotels throughout China.
