WiFi signal strength fluctuates constantly, sometimes it drops low enough to break your connection with the internet, this is very frustrating when trying to stream content (e.g.: movies, TV shows), the drops happen frequently - about every 5 to 10 minutes, doesn't seem to matter what room I'm in or how close the room is to the lobby or if I'm in the lobby.

I got a suit and both rooms were good size. The bed was pretty comfortable, too. I was surprised to have a large fridge instead of the standard mini fridge, and that came in handy. Breakfast was pretty good for a continental.

Didn't have any pool towels, which isn't a major problem. We got some extra room towels from the front desk. I would recommend more than one little bar of soap for hands and shower, especially in a suit that sleeps 4 people or more. I don't know if that was left out or if that's a norm. Also, there was still soap residue in the soap holder in the shower, so I have to imagine it wasn't cleaned properly.

Check in was great. Lady was so helpful when Booking.com messed up my reservation. She saved the day and got us our extra room. (Her name might have been Rachel??)

Halls needed to be vacumed, but I realize there was upgrading going on. Also, clean up back entry ways, and get the pool/hot tub operational, especially for summer months, it is a real draw for families. If not, remove from the media, it's false advertising, and affects return business.

Really good coffee! Be sure to fill your thermos for the day! Polite personnel, newer? and very comfy and clean beds, clean room. Great breakfast selections (yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancake maker). Plenty of parking, safe area of town without weird businesses around and without Randoms walking through the parking lots.

Pool water quite cloudy so we didn't get in (should be easy fix by a pool company?), lack of hot tub in the pool area. A/C didn't work the first night, so we had to change rooms next morning, which was inconvenient. Thankfully it was a little cooler the first night, so we didn't get too uncomfortable, but knowing the next day was mid-80's, we had to switch. Not all exterior hallway doors locked (east door) presenting a security risk to folks inside.

Included breakfast was good, offering: cereal with milk, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy with biscuits, toast, bagels, pancakes, occasionally link sausages, coffee, tea, apple juice, orange juice.

The orange juice was weak or watered down on the last two days I was there, possibly the juice had settled and the more concentrated orange juice was dispensed previously.

The pancakes were good, the eggs were not. The property was pretty clean the second floor definitely needed vacuuming. The check in was easy and the staff was nice. The bed was nice and I love that they had thinner pillows.

I have a dog and the were out of pet waste bags, which is definitely needed so the property doesn't smell and look bad.

Nice rooms. Very comfortable. nice entryway. Parking was less convenient than it should be. Plenty of electrical outlets, but no USB/charging outlets.

The guy setting up breakfast waited to turn on the juice machine until after I left. There was a lady standing by it waiting for 20 minutes, but he just focused on his "process". He needs to pay attention to what is needed instead of just doing things in HIS order! Confusing room directions

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Easy to get to the main highways, restaurants and shopping. The free breakfast was very much appreciated and well stocked with easy to eat breakfast foods.

The pool was nice but there were some teenagers in there when we went that were obviously loud and jumping in the pool and opening the outside door letting cold air in. There was a family with little kids trying to enjoy the pool and they got frightened by the teens.
