Very little options in bar and restaurant, most things on menu were unavailable. I would expect a well stocked bar and kitchen, especially as it was holiday time. No 2nd pool at hotel, it was a 15 minute walk away and open to the public. Very noisy all day at the only outside area to relax. There is an additional charge, on top of menu prices, of 10cds for room service. Airport transfer is only one way, from airport, they obviously don't care about their guests once they have checked out.

I liked the food, they have the best chef I must say. Every meal was delicious. Such a serene environment to have good reflections and a great getaway from all stress of life. The waitresses were nice and professional, and once you opt for room service, they always deliver in a jiffy. Kingsley, one of the staffs was affable and when I informed him I left my charger at home, he gave me his charger to use for the 4 nights I spent there, such a kind gesture. I had a peaceful stay and felt sad when it was time for me to leave.

The hot water heater. There was smoke coming out of the wires which put me in a state of shock. Instead of fixing it, I think they should buy a new one for the safety of other guests who will be using that room.

Friendly staff. There’s a restaurant on premises with very good tasty food, and the hotel location happens to be close to the places I needed to go too. I will stay here again whenever I need too.

The road from the airport to the hotel, but bad untarred roads are very common in Ghana, and you will just have to get use to it. But the road from the hotel to town was much better.

The room and the bathroom were very spacious and very very clean. The AC worked well everyday. The tea and fridge facilities were great. The staff were amazing and available to attend to my needs at every point. The hotel lobby was clean. The security guards were quite strict who was allowed into the hotel car park and were willing to help with carrying bags.

The hotel breakfast was not up to my liking so I bought cereal and milk and had that in my hotel room. The location especially the road leading to the location is bad bad. However I would still book the hotel again.

The Staff without exception was excellent when it comes to custumer Service. My room was changed when I asked for it . I had my shirts ironed. My flight was late evening and I didn`t have any problem in checking out later than the usual 12 noon

The road in front of the hotel is a rough road but I asked at the reception and I had an alternative which was not as bad the known one but relatively a bit longer

I think they should have a lot of options for breakfast If it wasn’t the tea family and oat It was the tea family and tom brown to choose from

The access road to the hotel, the geyser in my room wasn't heating all through my 5days stay. Despite several complaints to the front desk.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Room nice and clean. If you like local food, it’s available in the area. Small local shops nearby if you’re familiar with African shop styles.

The roads are awful and might get confusing if one try to make a detour to avoid the bumpy roads. Suggest call hotel for better directions. Many taxis don’t like driving on bad roads Suggest to Keep a taxi number on standby to call for a ride.

The staff are courteous and the environment and things are very clean.
