Very well decorated and impressive architecture. Spotless cleaning. Was self check-in but hosts were very responsive to all our demands. We had to leave earlier due to an emergency but we fully enjoyed our stay. We were travelling with 2 kids, 5y and 2y old, and heating was perfect. We did not touch any setting. It was set to 25 degrees and there was around 40 humidity. Just perfect. Beds were very good. Bathroom was clean. Coffee and water from the house. There were plenty of restaurants within a 3-5 minutes walk. For sure I would love to sleep there again. I felt like home. ps: my daughter learnt the entrance pin and she enjoyed it. She asked me to replace our house lockers with smart lockers 😊

The room was nice, coquette. Very close to the city center, groceries shops just at 100m from the property. Super close to forest, and popular hiking routes.

There were some issues with the pipes, draining the water after showering was really slow. It didn't affect our experience overall, but maybe something the host could look into.

We absolutely loved the tall ceiling and the loft in the room, the facilities were very modern and the location was spot on in the middle of the city. The whole establishment is very nicely decorated, you feel like you are staying in a luxurious hotel but the prices are so affordable!

Coffee machine was a bit complicated to use and we were unable to make our own coffees in the morning, despite trying with another two guests to make it work, but that's the only thing I could think about as right across the street there's a coffee place that solved that problem straight away :)

The entrance is through the back of the building. There are only 4 accommodation rooms. It's not necessarily something I didn't like, but unexpected. Considering the picture of the building on Booking, I was expecting a big hotel.

Nice hotel with its own parking. The room was perfect for our family with kids. Self check-in is a good option.

The check-in requires a telephone call and the Romanian language. But for tourists it will be preferable to receive information in English and in private messages.

Great location in the city center-walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, museums. Excellent cleaning, amenities and design- modern but welcoming and cozy. Hosts were friendly and explained each step we need to take to access location (providing access code; procedure for payment etc)

All was great, therefore nothing to complain.

The hotel is very well located, close to main street and to city center. Since it's a self-checking hotel, we've been given all the information we needed via phone a few hours before we arrived. Free parking was included. Our room temperature was great. Room is very clean and cozy, and the building looks nice on the outside as well.

Sound-proofing not that great; we could hear people talk and laugh in the next room until late in the night.

I liked everything about the place. The location is brilliant, you can't get more central than this and the property itself is very nice, everything inside is new, the layout is quirky and modern and it's very clean.

Hotel Buchenland is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, but the bathroom drainage had an unpleasant smell that needs attention.

Spacious room with good light, very nice decorated, close to the shops and restaurants. I liked the self check in system and the fact that we had coffee in the lobby. The city is also very beautiful and the Wood Art Museum was impressive.
