From house keepers, reception staff, kitchen staff, on site shop staff and workmen were all welcoming, helpful approachable, courteous, helpful. Outstanding service all round. The room was very clean, comfortable with clothes hangers, wardrobe, table and chair. My own outside porch area with table and chairs, a light too for the evening outside. Also towels changed during my stay. Had my own washing line supplied with pegs. All very well thought out. The communal shower rooms were very clean with enough showers, sinks and toilets that you never had to wait to use any.

Nothing really

Not too far from the ocean, though dragging a suitcase over dirt was not fun. The tent was spacious and comfortable, though it could not be locked leaving your things vulnerable. The buffet meals were surprisingly good.

Would have been nice if the internet was accessible from the tents but no.

Very friendly staff and quiet environment. Nice activities for small kids. Very close to the beach.

Not much happening in the evening, would have liked some dancing activities in the late afternoon / evening.

Vegetation and layout of the site were great. food was excellent. excursions - many possibiöities, guides were very competent

Absolutely great place to spend summer holiday, close to the beach and to mountains, excellent food, very friendly staff, good value for the money

Nice swimming pool and close to the beach. I assume it s nice for German speakers as there were quite some child activities.

It s really catered for German speaking tourists. Booking.com doesnt mention this. Food was plenty but low quality. No internet in the tents. A tent where people stay for 3 days should have lockers. Asking payment for tab water is not allowed, so I didn't pay for it. In the end they also agree to waive that bill. I see several complaints about this, so they should have stopped this practice already.
