Good breakfast. Clean communal areas.

Rudeness of manager. Room not serviced twice. Coffee etc only provided for room on arrival. On days when room was cleaned it was only to a very minimal extent. Our room left unlocked for several hours after a clean with a master key in left in the lock. Parking is supposedly private but alongside a main road with pedestrian access. Was allowed to park motorcycle on the rear terrace by helpful member of staff but rude response from the manager for doing so. Clearly bad attitude to motorcycle riders so one maybe to avoid.

Lovely big room with a fridge and a balcony which was great to have. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was good. Parking was good too.The location was great. Just round the corner from the marina with lots of restaurants. Nice walk to the old town and a great small ferry boat to the new part of town is 2 mins walk away which is a really short journey. The staff were really helpful with information. We wanted to stay another night but unfortunately they where full. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked everything

Everything you need. Welcoming and helpful 24hr reception with excellent message communications. Hotel reminds me of a motel but it has everything you need. Quiet location. Good sized room with ac and fridge. Decent toileteries. Take 1€ ferry to town centre. BBC news on tv. Supermarket, bars, restaurants all near by. It's quiet yachty.

Shame no safe

Excellent location for the marina, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The family room was spacious and the layout allowed us as parents space when the kids went to bed.

Being very picky, but the separate toilet to the bathroom is unusual. The bath/shower and tiles could have been a little cleaner (grout).

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Provided useful information on how to get to a restaurant we had booked. This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will stay here again. Room was clean and comfortable. And if you take the harbour ferry taxi really easy to get to the long beach and main town.

Reception was helpful and friendly, room and balcony excellent, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent.and very good value Adequate amounts of designated on-street parking outside hotel, and several adequate, though unspectacular ,restaurants by the marina less than 5 minute walk away

The location could not have been better as we were visiting the Vendee Globe village. The hotel staff were very helpful. We had a harbour view and good restaurants were just around the corner by the harbour.. The hotel having allotted parking spaces was also an asset in this area.

On a previous visit we stayed for one week and were happy to return. The breakfast facilities were excellent and the hotel personnel were friendly and informative.

A little testing finding the location but not a major problem.

Great location for the port and town. Exceptionally clean. Room well equipped…plenty of sockets. Water provided as was kettle. Internet free and stable. Staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast food value and amazing. Parking excellent.

Nice ambiance, clean and comfortable. Well situated for our visit. The staff were exceptional, from the receptionist on arrival, the breakfast room staff to checkout. They could not have been more helpful, and friendly. Bravo!

Maybe a kettle in the room?
