The property is well located and very close by a supermarket, a drug store and a shopping mall (all walking distance). The breakfast was also very good with the type of food and flavors you can only find in Brazil. The staff were very warm and friendly (again, only in Brazil).

The shower was a NIGHTMARE! It went from ice cold to burning hot within seconds and out of nowhere!!!! There’s a sing on it advising you to check its temperature before getting in but GOD once you’re in there is no coming back from this horrible experience. Everything else was great but I wouldn’t stay there again because when I’m at a hotel and away from home I look forward to truly enjoy my shower experience.

Nice area, near shopping malls, bookstores, restaurants. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool as well as the nice breakfast and the fine dine at the hotel’s restaurant. Our room was always clean and nice when we got back from our tours and walkings.

In a moment the restaurant got too crowded and noisy due to a delegation of soccer players. Besides that, everything was good.

Staff is incredibly friendly, since reception until the restaurant (breakfast buffet). I arrived quite early and they invited me to have breakfast after checking-in with no extra-cost. The shower is amazing and the location is good. Just a few steps from restaurants and the street where you can take the city-tour bus. The train station is just 10 minutes away if you are planning to take the train to Morretes. It’s amazing!

Breakfast was amazing--tons of choices and it all tasted fantastic. The room was pleasant and the staff were quick to refill coffee and keep the dishes full. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet with good amenities in the room.

The suite was very large with a great jetted tub and shower. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Great big window. Staff were all so friendly. Enjoyed the pool as well.

The view from the window was of ugly buildings but that can’t be helped.

We had a corner room so dual aspect. The room was large and very bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. We had an early arrival into Curitiba and were at the hotel at 10. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and we were allocated our room at that stage was a nice gesture.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast and location were great overall. It was easy to get around with Uber from there.

A staff member walked up to me as I was getting in the elevator and demanded to know my room number, despite the fact that I was literally holding my room key in my hand (and it took me a second to figure out what he was asking, as I don't speak Portuguese).

Great variety of breads, pastries, hot foods and cheeses, hams etc. Staff helpful and friendly. Location good and in safe area so easy for getting around.

Staff were super helpful and had humour as well as professionalism.The food was great (I am a Coeliac and was catered for well). The hotel was spotless!

Happy with everything. If one small improvement it would be a lounge area that was not the entrance lobby.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the town, close to all the main city location and bars

When we arrived we were given an twin bed apartment, whereas it should have been a single double bed, and the staff took around an hour to get it fixed, besides that all good
