The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. It is located very centrally between Orikum and Vlore. Some staff was very friendly and helpful. There is closed and free parking. The hotel has wonderful sea views but it doesn't have a beach. The beach in front of the hotel belongs to another hotel.

The breakfast was tasty but insufficient. At breakfast, food was not replenished and the drinks were not refilled even though there was a lot of time before left until 10 am. There were strict rules in the hotel. For example, it is forbidden to enter the hotel with swimsuits even though it is located in front of the beach. We were warned very strictly by the hotel owner upon entering the hotel with our swimsuits after visiting the beach. You aren't allowed to take food to the rooms. One more thing that can be improved is to install mosquito nets at the balcony door and the bathroom window; however, we actually didn't see any mosquitoes even though there were no nets.

The hotel is just perfect. It spotlessly clean and just across a lovely little beach with free umbrella and sunbeds provided for the hotel guests. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast has just enough variety of food. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a peaceful area with enough shops and restaurants in a walking distance. The vibrant city of Vlora is in a 15-45 minutes drive (depending on the traffic).

We liked everything. Maybe it would be nice to have the opportunity to get a lunch and dinner at the hotel, but this is not a big downgrade, since there are a lot of nice restaurants with reasonable prices nearby.

the sweet part of breakfast was a bit scarce, croissant were stale. there is not a private beach. however there are many beaches across the street with cheap sun-beds and umbrellas (400-500 leks)

Super nice staff and modern hotel, clean everywhere and super fresh! Everyone was so service minded and the breakfast was fresh and simple, a few but great options, we didn’t miss anything there and you could order other coffee options in the bar for a small amount. A small quiet and clean beach just outside the door, perfect if you don’t want to go places everyday! We had supernice ocean view rooms that I would really recommend.

The room was too clean, all the necessary was there. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very polite . The position is perfect . They don't have beach beds of their own but in front of the hotel you can choose and pay apart.

A small problem, nets for the mosquitos , they should put them at the balcony and the bathroom. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a great stay at Hotel Roalb. The room was very comfortable and everything was functional. The cleaning staff, Diana & Zana, were helpful and kind. We had a great experience with the hosts Alfredo, Albano and Vani. Breakfast everyday was wonderful. It was nice to eat outside in front of the building. The whole building is bright and cheerful. We loved our big balcony. We would recommend this hotel highly and would stay again. It was nice to be able to park in the garage under the building. We also appreciated them accommodating our late arrival.

Very clean, friendly service, good coffee and breakfast, great view across the sea. It’s a well run family hotel with good local restaurants.

Nothing the hotel could do …but the noisy traffic on the road outside is the major negative. There is no private beach but we used the Hotel Aita instead so no problem.

Staff was very responsive, meaning Alban :) The building is almost brend new and the sea view from the room was very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious, including bathroom.

Missing some small stuff like hangers for towels in the bathroom. Nothing major. Not related to the hotel, but be carefull crossing the street to the beach, we saw a lot of very fast drivers during our stay.

The location was perfect—close to the beach and city center, making it easy to explore. The room was clean, comfortable.It was perfect for a family stay. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A very cozy place to spend time with the whole family. There are restaurants and cafes around the hotel where you can always have a tasty meal for a good price. 🙂 The staff is friendly and always ready to help you in your plans to discover something new about Albania.
