This property has been our favorite place to stay out of everywhere we have stayed in Mexico. There are no negatives about this property. Secure parking, incredible restaurant, but the one thing that sets it apart from everywhere else is the incredible staff. They are the kindest and most professional staff that will help you with anything you need whether it’s the people at the front desk, the cleaning staff, the valet, everybody is incredible. Especially the manager, thank you so much for making our stay so incredible!

There is nothing we didn’t like, the entire staff goes above and beyond and give you 5 star level service in every way!

The room had proper computer desk, coffee table and very comfortable king bed. Excellent view.

The reception computer system was down when we arrived and had to wait 20 minutes to register. The air conditioning worked but the air quality was stale. My wife and I woke up feeling compromised in our lungs. The location is tricky to find if you are driving there.

Just to report that in terms of the people at reception, the attention was first class,

, the breakfast is the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten, the raw egg, the juice was watered down with water, a terrible breakfast, they should change this

The staff is beyond fabulous. Everyone from the valet parking attendant, the front desk staff, the restaurant (especially the woman who makes the omelettes is ALWAYS great) , room service, cleaning staff is so professional and friendly. They understand customer service.

3 telephones in our room (801), none worked. No menu in the room The on tv ordering was so incredibly confusing though we have done this ordering many times before. No glasses, only 2 coffee cups, in the room and this was a suite The refrigerator wasn't even plugged in and one of the reasons we rented this room was to store foods that need to be refrigerated. Trying to change the language on the tv was impossible. We do speak some Spanish but after months in Mexico were craving stupid tv as well as GOOD news. The tv options in english were clearly not chosen by a Canadian or someone form the USA. We don't want vampires, fantasy, sci fi, blood and guts. Only 2 bath towels ( couples from the USA want at least 3 ) and ZERO wash clothes, hello, I want to wash my face.

Hotel staff is very friendly, reasonable breakfast. Location is slightly off but yet not so bad. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Check-in process was delayed due to trying to use faulty automated system. Breakfast is too expensive.
