Beautiful modern and spacious rooms. Unfortunately we could only stay one night but we really enjoyed it here. The details are all in place. My girlfriend loved the Rituals soaps. The breakfast was complete and tasted good in the cosy garden. Joško was a very nice host. Recommended place for a stay around Krka and surroundings! Parking was free in the big parking lot within 5 minutes of walking. The town of Skradin is also a cosy harbor town with some nice restaurants.

An exceptionally beautiful small hotel, the location couldn't be better! Restaurants and cafés are right nearby, the marina is 2 minutes away where you can enjoy or organize boat trip to Krka national park. The main city parking lot is also nearby (included in the price). Everything is new, clean, and tidy. The host is kind and accommodating. An absolute recommendation!

Modern and beautiful accommodation in a picturesque street. Eateries and shops are at doorstep. Krka NP ticket office was a mere 5-minute walk away. Host was most helpful and friendly. Had dinner at Konoba Daimatino that provided wonderful food and great service.

Carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit of a problem for folks like us who are less fit.

Great communication with the owner about parking before we arrived. We had a beautiful room and good breakfast. Staff were friendly. The recommendation for an evening restaurant meal was excellent. Easy to find, great location in a lovely, small town. Would definitely recommend.

The host Josko was right there when we arrived, and had been communicating with me by text to ensure we were all set. A lovely, warm welcome! We appreciate! Also, the rooms were suites with full living rooms, a large bathroom and a lovely bedroom. Wow!

This is a beautiful and charming hotel. Boutique is right! The rooms are a perfect balance between style and function, modern yet cozy. The service was excellent. I’d highly recommend Boutique Rooms Mirabilis!

I have absolutely NO complaints!

This was just stunning: a beautiful renovated old house in the middle of Skradin, with all mod cons, really comfortable and stylish. The owner was incredibly helpful, even though we had not understood the parking arrangements. Great breakfast, big room, very comfy bed.

The parking arrangements could do with a better explanation on the web - we did not understand them until we checked in.

This is a very comfortable, newly renovated set of rooms in the Old Town. The host is delightful, very friendly and he gave us a warm welcome in the wine cellar of the property, introducing us to the wonders of Croatian wines. Breakfast was a tasty array of croissants, cereal, coffee, meats, cheeses and fruit, all laid out nicely...which was especially appreciated as we were the last 2 people there for the season (the start of November). We ate it in the lovely courtyard. Parking was free and close by.

It would be nice to have a second chair or small sofa in the room. There is plenty of space for it!

The whole hotel was so luxurious!! And it was in the perfect location! It was also so so quiet at night! The breakfast was really nice, the room really spacious. (Worked out really well with 3 people and the sofa bed) Ivan’s the host was lovely and always helpful!

A gem of a hotel located in a surprisingly vibrant little community. Spacious, updated room, excellent location, excellent breakfast. Everything we had read in guidebooks was pathetically out of date. Ivana was a gracious host.

A little more specific direction on where to park if with a car, and exactly how to get to the hotel would have been a big help (unless I missed it).
