This was ideally located for Krka national park. In fact, you walk left from reception and are at the entrance in 100 metres. There is a courtesy bus from there for tickets holders, we chose to walk down and catch bus back. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Rooms lovely, aircon good. lots of parking. There is an hotel bar outdoors with shade and it is very nice although it closes early (6pm). Breakfast was good and service very nice. A couple of small independent bar/cafes just a few metres from the hotel for icecream and day time drinks. A pool at rear of the hotel and a pretty pond with Koi. There is a small animal enclosure outside - they had geese, rabbits etc.

We had dinner in the hotel the first night as we didnt realize we had options. There was very little available from the menu list. The second night we discovered one of the little cafes was open til 9pm and we ate there, was very good. Dont expect party central as you would have to drive or taxi out to a town, this hotel is remote, but then if you, like us, walk a lot during the day you will likely be ready for a quiet drink and a rest. The proximity to the National Park entrance made up for this as there is literally no travel to get there.

Excellent location, right at the National Park entrance, hotel guests get discount of the entrance fee. Room is OK.

In principle the hotel is in a very quiet location but we happened to get a room overlooking a small poultry yard (belongs to the hotel?) where the rooster crowed loudly and continuously from dawn. It was impossible to sleep. There was no electric can/coffee-tea possibility in the room and this was even more of a problem when it came out that the main coffee machine does not function at the breakfast. Also we could not connect to the wifi in our room! In certain parts of the room even our mobile connection did not work.

Perfect location for access to the stunning national park. Great provision for families (e.g., football/basketball area, swimming pool). Staff were great in terms of providing a warm welcome, and although changes had been made to the room we had originally booked, we were amply accommodated with a suitable alternative. What our kids said (aged 10 and 6): “I liked this place because I liked looking at the animals outside (tortoises, rabbits, running ducks)”…”I loved playing basketball here”.

The only area for improvement would be in terms of the decor and facilities in the rooms, which are rather dated or broken (e.g., no refrigerator in either room; shower door broken). What our child said (aged 10): “I just wish the football pitch was a bit softer”.

Wonderful property 2 minutes walk from the Lozovac entrance of Krka National park. More suitable for travelers who drive, as opposed to travelers like me who utilsed public transportation. Breakfast was included with the room reservation, and was wonderful with a wide selection of bread, cheeses, coldcuts, etc. The property also has a relaxing swimming pool area, which is right behind the hotel restaurant.

Notwithstanding the comfy bed and wonderful room, not recommended for travelers who rely on public transport. Through no fault of the property, information on public buses (and actual buses) to Skradin or Sibenik is almost non existent.

Breakfast had lots of choices. The bathroom and water pressure was great. We had a balcony with chairs facing the afternoon sun which was lovely. Dinner was delicious but there were only 4 choices for mains, 1 choice for entree and 1 choice for dessert. Fantastic location right next to the enterance to Krka national park

Our reservation included bicycle hire, upon asking about this at check-in we were told there were only 2 bikes and only 1 was currently ridable. We visited in off season though, so this might change for the summer. There are roosters near the property which make a lot of noise

Great location in proximity to Skradinski buk and Sibenik. At this time of season really peaceful, good parking

breakfast coffee, semi-functioning WiFi. A little nostalgia (old fashioned) feeling without any contemporary building/room/restaurant features may both be advantageous and disadvantageous, it comes down to the person's expectations. I wasn't feeling compromised or in discomfort at any time during my brief stay - many facilities (gym, pool) and THE location make up for any negative points.

We had the discount on our Krka entry tickets as the hotel guests. Our room was nice and clean, bed – very comfortable. We were happy to have dinner since it’s really difficult to find a restaurant around. There were some animals: geese, chicken, cats, fish in pond. The rooster’s crowing in the morning was very pleasant.

My main dish of dinner (sea bass) was very over-salted. Smoking on terrace should be prohibited during the breakfast. It’s extremely disturbing for non-smoking people like me to enjoy the breakfast while somebody is smoking at the next table.

We had a suite, and it was massive. The pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was good, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Great location on the national park, and you do get a bit of discount for the park entrance if you buy it through the hotel. It's a Ten minute drive to Skradin, which is a lovely quiet little village with lots of restaurants to pick from for dinners.

Staff were amazing . Hotel is absolutely spotless . It’s right at the front opening of krka National park it’s fabulous !!! Staff literally go out of their way to help nothing is any trouble . Breakfast included is always a great to have . The outdoor dining area has a swimming pool & pond separate above with the most beautiful koi fish swimming around . I had the best stay and would 100% absolutely return ! Those people saying the hotel was very dated ????? It is but you don’t go on holiday to stay in your room ! The bed was super comfy ! I had a great stay !

I didn't realize that the hotel was across the street from the Krka national park which made it super easy for us to go and visit the park. Overall the hotel was not bad for the price we paid. There were plenty of choices at breakfast.

I had to drive around the hotel just to realize that there were no more parking spaces, so I ended up parking on the side of the drive in. But this wasn't so bad. The one thing I didn't like is the lair of dust that was on the nightstands and the clumps of lint by the bathroom door. Made me wonder if they actually vacuumed the room or not.
