The property was absolutely stunning and beautiful 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩, it was really big with lots of places to sit out in the sun. The Aquapark was our most favorite, it has so many fun things to do like slides and water fountains. 💕 There’s a long lazy river both inside and outside the aquapark, some big slides and the area is very attractive and chill. The manager, crew and staff were all so nice, smiling, welcoming, and accommodating. We met so many Filipinos in the resort, they are very smiling, hospitable attentive and very helpful. ☺️Thank you for the wonderful experience we'll never forget. We also appreciate so much the surprise presents you gave us, the free dinner for 4 and some good stuffs for us and my kiddos, we all like it and we’ll treasure it. About the amenities and facilities, they are amazing especially the indoor pool, kids club and kids playground both ouside and inside and so many more. The food is so good as well and the hotel bar serves great drink and kids stuffs. The breakfast and dinner is topnotch. 🤩 They have cold drinks and hot drinks machine that’s easy and hygienic. They served perfect coffee from real beans. The resort has many stretch of private beach access with mix of sand and stones. it's worth every moment of your stay. My most favorite place is our room, our bed is so cozy, the AC is great! Very clean and smells good. The room is big and comfortable, my girls has and upper deck type and they love it! So great! Our room has good pool view. The set up is very easy for the guests. The whole building and facilities are very well maintained. The building itself is super cool and modern. The whole property is very big. Going in and out we used uber, the most easy transportation for us just download the app. Thank you for this wonderful experience we’ll never forget and we hope to see you again in the near future.. Maybe a toilet outside the hotel closed by pool area. Probably in some hotels in amadria they have but not in Hotel Jakov. Just worried with wer floor, we need to get inside the hotel for wc. But anyway the crew were all attentive, they make sure to dry the place all the time and out some warning signage if needed. ☺️ but everything was great!

Our stay at the Jakov hotel was exceptional - I think this was by far the best vacation we had with kids. First of all, the staff was super helpful with everything we needed. The kitchen staff (the main chef, restaurant manager, and all the other staff) were incredible as they prepared separate food for our younger one as he has certain allergies. Everything went so smoothly with this that I was amazed and able to relax. The room was really spacious and clean (thanks to Snjezana who took care that we have everything we need). And finally, the activities for children were amazing, our older son was super happy and content during our stay. Thank you all for this great experience and a vacation any parent needs :-)

Above all cleanliness of the rooms, this is very important to us and the reason to come back again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely surprises for the kids! Beach is nice and close with lots of entertainment. Would definitely recommend.

Food in the main restaurant and pool bar could be better and breakfast could use more vegetable options, such as grilled vegetables. Also the plate pads on the tables were not cleaned from one to another meal/person and thus quite dirty and nob-appetizing.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely outstanding—worthy of a perfect 10/10! From the moment we arrived, Ivana at the reception greeted us with warmth and professionalism, and even upgraded our room as a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was so clean and comfortable. Room service was excellent, with a staff that was both kind and courteous. The pools were amazing, and while breakfast was great, dinner was truly extraordinary. Stepan, the restaurant receptionist, impressed us with his professionalism and kindness, while Milisav, the cook, went above and beyond by personally bringing our sought-after dishes to the table. The kids entertainment was a highlight, with activities that were not only enjoyable for children but also for adults, especially the hilarious clown event featuring Klaun Spartanko. We also loved the unique cinema experience on the beach, which was a fantastic touch for the entire family. This resort is a hidden gem on the Croatian coast, offering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Staff were super friendly and helpful with local tips and guidance. Room was great, modern, spacious, light, clean and comfortable. Our young children loved the cosy bunk bed. Good facilities all around in hotel and Amadria park as a whole, including indoor swimming pools (and outdoor pools too but a bit too cool in October), mutiple beaches, mini golf, kids playground, games room, kids activities in sister hotel, self-drive boat rental, choice of bars and restaurants.

Breakfast food could have included more fresh options (e.g. greater choice of fried veg, fresh fruit salads, yogurt bowls, actual fruit juice rather than squash on tap, this sort of thing) and cooked options could have been a bit fresher (in particular, eggs and omelettes seemed to be cooked hours in advance). A lot of bar/restaurants were also closed due to being off-season (late October). Understandable given that the hotel seemed largely empty this late in the season.

Loved the view from our hotel. The setting is beautiful.The beaches were close by and stunning. The water was crystal clear. The Dalmatian Ethno village was stunning! My daughter loved the indoor swimming complex and it was just next door.

The hotel restaurant was good but a bit expensive. We went to the other local restaurants, nearer the beaches, which were nice but could have had more choice for kids. No slides in the outdoor pools - take inflatables/ swim toys instead.

Comfortable room providing whole family a good night's sleep. Variety of pools, parks and activities make a memorable experience for children as well as adults. Great spa and wellness center. The hotel has a good variety of buffet breakfast and dinner including gluten-free options per request. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, greeting children with smiles. The receptionist Marina and bellhop Elgar ensured our check-in was quick and even interesting to our toddler.

Reception staff was amazing. We had a small issue with room, they were straight away reacting and their attention is really appreciated. Thank you! Janja, the cook is a lovely lady with a big smile.

I didnt like the way waiters assumed we wanted drinks which were available in the buffet dinner. They were not that attentive. A bit of smile would go a long way.

Very good service during our entire stay. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean hotel with many facilities and activities for kids. Very good beds and good wifi. Our kids loved their bunk beds and the swimming pool. We highly recommend this hotel.
