We had a great stay at Guesthouse Villa DomeNico. The host is kind and attentive, which makes for a very pleasant welcome. The place is very clean, although we did notice a strong smell of cleaning products, which might be an issue for people with allergies or sensitivities. The location is perfect: we were just a 3-minute drive from Krka National Park and about a 20-minute walk, which is very convenient. The area is also very quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. In short, we recommend this option for its proximity to Krka and its peaceful atmosphere.

The host and the family were absolutely amazing. The gentleman who manages the property assisted me in absolutely every was possible. If you are travelling by car this is definitely the place to stay. The hospitality, the assistance, the continuous communication. They truly went above and beyond for me, I am ever so grateful 🙏 If you are travelling by bus, the location means it’s difficult to get to once you arrive at Skradin. Ubers do not work in that location and taxi services are limited, I had to rely on an incredibly helpful restaurant owner in Skradin to drop me to the location and Dalibor (the owner of the property) arranged to have me dropped to Skradin first thing in the morning

If travelling by public transport this is not the right property. You would be better off staying at Skradin.

The owner was very welcoming and offered us a little drink on arrival with a small plate of sugar almonds. The owner explained where local restaurants and bakery were. Overall, it was very nice and safe parking in the garden.

There is not a lot to say negative about the place apart from the stairs. This made it a little harder for my older parents and carrying up luggage.

Extremely clean room, first time in a hotel that i felt comfortable walking in my room without shoes. Comfortable bed. Swing on the balcony to watch the starts was beautiful. Most of all the host was the best bit, the lovely lady that i only knew as “mother-in-law” was super attentive and a delight. Would recommend to anyone passing through Croatia.

Everything - the owner was delightful and very helpful. The two rooms we had booked were clean, well equipped and had very comfortable beds. Seriously one of the best accommodation we have had in Croatia. We were also given lots of information about how to get to Krka National Park. We were also recommended to a small restaurant down the road which served delicious and reasonably priced food.

Checking in was incredibly easy, and we were able to park on the property. The couple who own and run this place are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was equipped with a well-stocked kitchen. Towels & bedding were all clean/fresh and the place overall felt very comfortable. The location is superb, right next to Krka National Park. Within a few minutes' walk, there are multiple restaurants, a fantastic bakery, and a supermarket.

Guesthouse Villa DomeNico meets all my expectations and provided a truly wonderful stay. The host lady was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch to our experience, and she was always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had during our stay. The location of the guesthouse was great. Being just next to the entrance of Krka National Park. And we were delighted to find a selection of excellent restaurants nearby. It was a pleasure to indulge in some delicious local cuisine just a short walk away from the guesthouse. A notable advantage of staying at Villa DomeNico was the private safe parking. This feature provided us with peace of mind, knowing that our vehicle was secure and easily accessible throughout our stay.

The location was perfect, just 4min away (drive) from the Krka National Park and around 10min to Skradin (with a very good beach and restaurants). The house is very cosy and clean, had everything what we needed. But the best thing about this place is the owners. Very kind and friendly couple who really took a good care of us and made sure we had a very pleasant stay. Big big thank you to them ❤️❤️❤️

The hosts are the most helpful! The guy gave us a welcome drink and some lovely sugary almonds. He was so helpful to tell us where we could go and see the amazing national park. This place is fantastic for the national park. The lady was so lovely to say bye to us as we left (as we left very early for the park). Really wonderful hosts. They filled out water and gave us great directions and tips!

Be mindful of other guests as people are on the same floor. However everyone seemed okay with us arriving late and leaving early

Wonderful hosts, lovely room with spacious balcony, too, comfortable bed, big bathroom, good shower. Everything was great. We can highly recommend this!

For us without a car, the location wasn't great, but it was our fault for not having a rental car, not the guesthouse's fault.
