The staff were professional and helpful, especially Kawtar. She took immediate action to put me in a new room when we discovered that the AC was broken. She even found me a room with a semi view of the ocean. The room was clean and had the essentials. Bed was comfortable. Location cannot be beat as it's right at the beach! So convenient for swimming and a day on the beach then head to my room for a shower and clean clothes. Breakfast was a good variety buffet that the staff furiously was restocking as fast as they could. The pool area was beautiful and very clean. I loved my stay here and will come again!

I liked the welcome of your staff. The tow men were so polite and friendly. They given me the best service. Also the responsable of the kitchen I guess I’s about the breakfast he helped me and brought me my plats. The room was clean. The cleaner was gentle. The location was so far from the train station it was hard for me to find it especially I struggled in finding a taxi. At night there was a guest that was making lot of noise and he closed the door like he was alone there 😅

My experience at this hotel was wonderful. The reception staff were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Even though we arrived early, they didn't make us wait. They gave us a ready room. Honestly, it was a wonderful room with a sea view. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect. I thank the reception staff for their wonderful treatment of us.

Location on the seafront, and very good walking promenade and safe for children on bikes. There was no one surfing but could be a good destination for some people who likes this type of sport.

There was water stoppage for part of the day to allow essential plumbing work..but the guests managed to work round it This we hope will be a short term situation.

- No fridge in the room - Only one plug socket in the room, and it's not near the beds, another one in the WC.
