Very nice patio with roses to have breakfast. Old fashioned bedroom, but well planned with wardrobe for clothes and a good bathroom with a shower. Very close to the city centre and good value.

The Gradlon needs to be renovated, common parts with very old carpets and wallpapers. The patio is nice, but the fountain doesn't work. Breakfast room dark and dingy. Bedrooms also need updating. Everything looked better on the Website.

The location of the hotel is a short walk from the centre of Quimper. The room was cleaned every day and fresh sheets and pillow cases were supplied most days which was appreciated as the temperatures were hot. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. The car was in a locked garage just round the corner from the hotel.

Nothing much to dislike except there was no lift but this was stated on Booking.com website.

Breakfast was good, with excellent service getting tea and bread. Though room was small, the beds had a sheet and blanket, not a duvet, which was appreciated since it was too warm to sleep under a duvet. Excellent location — easy walk to the historic town.

Staff when we checked in was not very friendly and the map provided was difficult to read. During the rest of the stay they were all friendly.

Secure garage parking for motorcycles ! Central location 3/4 minute walk to the cathedral and associated bars/cafes. Proper old fashioned hotel with quirks and eccentricities, which all added to the experience.

Nothing to dislike, if you accept the fact it is not a boring, sterile, chain hotel, which you can find anywhere.

The common parts in the Gradlon need refurbishing.old fashioned and tatty furniture in the breakfast bar and corridors.

The location was excellent, with good access to the station and the city centre. The room was comfortable and a good size. The breakfast was fine.

Really I have no complaints. However, it would have been good if someone had offered to help carry my suitcase up the stairs.

Great location, easy access and perfect setting. Car parking was also very practical. We have family in Quimper and will always be returning to stay at Hotel Gradlon when visiting!

Excellent location and faded charm that we rather liked.

No aircon which was not a problem for us during our stay and stairs may be a challenge for some. Had a nice central that was not accessible courtyard as used by the owner and dog - a few cahnges could make the place even better but still recommend it.

So close to the old town, but free parking on the street or nearby. Small, friendly hotel - excellent breakfast!

Curtains let in the light and didn’t close properly.

Good sized room and en-suite. Location easy to find when travelling by car. Secure public parking close by at a reasonable price. Town about a five minute walk from hotel
