The location of the Hotel was perfect right in the center of walking distance to downtown.

The only thing was the street noise you can hear all night people walking by and especially the police cars sirens. It was a Saturday night that we stayed there were some festivities happening around the downtown area I didn’t know about . But I would definitely stay again beds were very comfy and the room was very spacious.

The hotel is in a great location at the center of the city very accessible to everything by foot and there is a taxi stop right at the corner as well. The staff were wonderful throughout the whole stay. They were able to accommodate us one hour before check in time and once we checked out we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time for us to leave. The rooms are pretty big and very comfortable. They provided us with extra blankets to make sure we stay warm.

I liked that breakfast that was included and the options they gave you. The location is perfect right in the middle if town and close to many museums, shopping, restraunts, & points of interest.

I think a Spa & Jacuzzi or swimming pool or small bar would be a good addition. Somewhere to socialize.

i loved that the hotel was clean, beautiful and located in center

just a suggestion to include different breakfasts and possible restaurant and bar . we enjoyed eating out and trying different foods, but to have something close would have been nice. but what i had for breakfast was delicious.

The room had no heating and the january nights was a bit cold! If you leave the air conditioning on heat, your throat will dry out. Apart from that, everything was super ok

The building was gorgeous, spacious interiors, lovely art pieces from the Indigenous Huichol, as well as tools from the nearby Mine on display. The location was perfect - so much to see within a 30 minute walk.

We selected the rooms with a view of the street. The sound dampening windows were really good, but it was noisy. Be aware of this making your selection.

Our room was beautiful and comfortable! The staff was awesome. Housekeeping kept our room super tidy and clean every morning. The waiters were so friendly and kind. Front desk was also very helpful. Everything was accesible from the hotel which was nice. We were right in the city center and walking distance from everything. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Totally recommend!

The breakfast was so yummy but the only negative is they serve the same food every morning. It’s not a huge deal breaker but something to keep in mind.

The location is perfect to walk around and see the historic buildings in the downtown area. Food and shopping are all within walking distance.

I have a full size crew cab pickup truck and the parking garage is mainly for small vehicles. Breakfast is included but limited and you must pay for “extras”

The location couldn’t be better. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants and great for walking. Very safe

Nothing I disliked about this hotel

Everything, wonderful hotel in all aspects. The photos don’t due the hotel justice in my opinion. It is spacious and very well done blending the old and new. The rooms have been brought up to modern standards. The roof top restaurant that serves breakfast was terrific. You can’t ask for a better location to go to all the museums and sites in Zacatecas. The staff was very friendly and professional. Will recommend the gem of a hotel to friends and family.
