We had a fantastic time and will return for sure for the spa alone. Such a great addition to the hotel, if you are staying, make sure you book one day at the spa - it is the most relaxing and healing experience. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the selection of local cheeses. The outdoor pool (free of charge) was not too busy and quite good too. Free coffee bar was definitely a welcome addition and plenty of fresh water available everywhere. The bar next door had great atmosphere for evening drinks.

Room interior design slightly dated, but it is not bad. Parking on the street, but it felt safe.

The room was well equipped, we had one issue with the air-conditioning but it was solved pretty quickly. The spa and the pool were excellent and the breakfast options were perfect - loved the Galician section!

It would be nice to have a bar/kiosk available next to the outdoor pool to get some drinks and snacks.

The spa was very nice, salt water with a lot of features and amazing Turkish bath. The gym is very nice and complete. The breakfast is very nice and location is perfect for walking the island or even go to O Grove for a relaxing time

The dinner buffet is not really worth the money. The room is very simple, no extras and there was no place to dry the rope after the spa so it was damp from one day to the next.

The spa facilities are totally separate and you don't get to use the indoor pool without a payment.

With two kids, our room was great. Both beds had more than enough room for a family of 4. The breakfast and dinner were really good. Also everyone in the hotel and spa were super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Noise. Some of the guest staying at the hotel were highly intoxicated and at 5:00 were making a lot of noise in the bedroom hall to the point that I was forced to leave my room go talk with them.

I rested because a good night's sleep is important to me. The weather was good, the cool breeze of the Atlantic Ocean helped me quickly restore my health.

It was nice that they gave us an upgrade to a room with a view as a gift. We had a very pleasant time at the SPA.

Very clean room and spacious. Good selection of treatments at the balneario (all of them not included in some rate types). Great breakfast.

The bar at the external pool was closed and there was no place to get a drink until 6pm, when the cafeteria opens. The external swimming pool needs urgent repairs as there are missing tiles.
