We booked a room at this location for me, my parter & daughter. After we had earlier cancelled our trip and couldn't find the same available apartment when planning to travel again, we booked a place here and what an amazing and pleasant surprise it was. This place is truly a little gem. Upon arriving late in the evening, the place looked so serene. The room was very clean. It was super peaceful and we all had very restful sleep. In the morning, we had another beautiful surprise: we were only a 3 minute walk away from a stunning little medieval village! It was a Sunday and super quiet. The views were truly stunning. Afterwards, we met the hostess who was super hospitable. I would highly recommend this place ☆☆☆☆☆

There was nothing we did not like :) no complains.

The place was beautiful, the town is lovely. Nice and quiet surrondings, and have multiple good restaurant, and a pizzeria just 1 min walk. The host was't on the spot on arrival, but sent the instrucions on viber, everything was smooth.

Week points WI-FI, A/C and the breakfast. The wi-fi is worked when i was alone in the building, as soon as others arrived, it collapses. The A/C was off, all windows was open in the room upstairs, was about 35 regrees in the room. The A/C unit is one of the oldest I ever seen, and after i turned it off, it almost do nothing. It was about 3am when the temperature goes down to 27 degrees, I dont like the hot for sleeping. The breakfast was poor, you can decide if you want to eat 1 type of prepacked bread with one type of cheese and ham, but you can get 1 croissant, and a great cappucino.

The location and Paula who prepared the breakfast were both awesome.

I was cold in the room that had the minimum of comfort :(

At the edge of a charming village located off the beaten track but still conveniently close to Ancona. Lovingly restored old building, preserving all the character of the original. Nice views to the surrounding hills. Seamless entry procedure despite the absence of staff (late arrival). Rooms airy and spacious. Very friendly staff, offered a lot of help after a small mishap (not in their responsibility).

Some basic amenities were missing (e.g. a simple stand to avoid having to open the luggage on the floor). Breakfast could be improved in variety (no salty options).

Extremely clean comfortable room. Quite spartan but that is fine - everything is there. Good breakfast provided and pleasant staff.

There was a communication challenge with “host” and we did not know there would be no-one present when we arrived. Our Canadian mobile phone service was down and we could not contact the “host”. We found a neighbour who was able to call the “host” and determine where the keys were for our room. Once in our room we discovered there was no wifi service. Fortunately the open but empty office had coverage and we were able to view the message ent by our “host”. My wife and I are experienced travellers having stayed in over 500 accommodations in 22 European countries during the past 10 years. We have a common sene appreciation and expectation of what should be provided and on this particular overnight stay we were quite disappointed. Hopeful it i a one off event.

Simple and pleasant with a key kindly left out for us as we arrived very late

There was nothing to dislike - good value

The village is lovely, the room was nicely decorated for an older building.

No staff to let us in or to be seen at all. Breakfast was small and lacking in choice.
