Oh peaceful and beautiful! One of our faviourite places on our trip to Italy! It is up in the hills! We originally picked the location so we could make a day trip to the Saturnia Hot Springs. The springs were a great day! But, if I would have known where we were staying I definitely would have stayed longer! The rooms were nice and had AC and mosquito screens if you wanted the windows open. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. The views were breathtaking. A lot of areas to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. The host was very nice, accommodating and happy! I hope to have another opportunity to spend time there again!

Very nice agroturistic place. The pool was a great bonus at the end of the day, the breakfast was amazing. All staff was very nice, and the dinner options finger licking. It was great to sip a glass of wine enjoying the view from the hill.

The pool could be open for longer hours. The property could maybe try to enforce better some rules: we didn't enjoy the family with three kids constantly jumping and screaming in the pool, neither the Spanish couple listening extremely loudly (bad) music on their phone/radio. We wanted peace and quiet, not a discotheque in the middle of nowhere. We solved the problem on our own, playing some Pavarotti arias on our phone, but we would have preferred some rules about keeping reasonable quiet in the lounge chairs area.

This place is a real treasure in Toscana! The people that run it are so kind and nice! The food and wine served are awesome, traditional and local, and inexpensive. A great breakfast buffet with delicious cakes and eggs and coffee! On the weekend the restaurant is packed with locals. And the view is something else, it has got to be the best... you just can't get enough of this mesmerizing landscape that stretches out at your feet, all the way to the sea in the far distance. There is a great pool, nice grass and lounge chairs, a large field below slopes down toward the tree line. There is a patio with tables and chairs, there's parking near the rooms or on the lower level, and the airy dining room has windows everywhere, the sun sets to the left of you. You hear the cuckoo in the evening! The room is large and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a typical terracotta floor. You do not want to leave this place... there is so much harmony and kindness and beauty! A big kiss to all of you!

It's a bit far from main roads but we wanted so! Amazing place with amazing views and 1km from Michelin restaurant in a small village. Great breakfast. We enjoyed every minute and wish to return one day. It's calm place in a picturesque countryside. Best for some rest! Also, a swimming pool is a big bonus when it's plus 30!

Room was clean but not very cosy. But who is in the room once the surroundings are that beautiful! All the rest is really very good - no fancy things, all natural and we liked it very much!

Wonderful property with well fitted rooms. This boutique place has wonderful views and is well located for access to nearby attractions like the hot springs of Saturnia.

They were short staffed and the kitchen wasn’t operational. We would have loved to have dinner at the property during our stay, but couldn’t get it.

The breakfast is outstanding! Delicious and with so much choice. We also had dinner there which was super tasty and honest in pricing! The pool is nice and the view from the property and the restaurant it's just breathtaking.

Price for the room could be slightly leas considering the location a bit out of reach.

The place is located in a wonderful place, with an amazing view. The staff and hotel owner were very nice, it was a pleasure talking to them. Breakfast meal was rich and tasty. I also had dinner at their local restaurant, which was very good and with a reasonable price!!!

The room was basic, smaller than I expected, especially the bathroom. There are no window nets, so I went to sleep fearing mosquitoes bites... but I woke up safe 👌

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and being able to get a cold beer on arrival after a long drive made us feel welcome. Prices for everything, the stay, drinks and a meal in the restaurant were all very reasonable. We particularly liked being able to make freshly squeezed fruit juice at breakfast.

Unfortunately the pool and surrounding area were a little tired and are in need of an upgrade. The air con in the room was also a bit dated. Coffee and tea in the room is also something we feel was missing. However, would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Beautiful location in the middle of Maremma's hills. Very, very friendly staff. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. And, yes, the breakfast is simply outstanding: it's a buffet with handmade bruschetta, eggs, cakes, pastries, ham, salami, oranges, you name it. Dinner a la carte is also very good.

The view was amazing. The dinner and breakfast was great.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was very expensive for what it was.
