Exceptional facilities, from the room amenities to the food options. Furthermore, the overall infrastructure of the hotel seemed to be in a good, sturdy and clean condition. A pleasant surprise was the availability of entertainment rides for kids in the hotel that made the overall experience quite child-friendly as well. The staff were also quite cooperative and always available.

After this visit, there is not much that I can fault. However, I would certainly like to remind the hotel administration to maintain these standards and to ensure that they remain responsive to the needs and requirements of the guests.

Rooms are comfortable,location and ambience was perfect. Staff is very supportive and quick in response.

It would be better if walk in visitor guests should be limited or priority should be given to staying guests in restaurants and for using other facilities. Also had dinner at Nadia's open air buffet but food quality and quantity was bit dissappointing. Taste was just okay but quantity of all the items was the issue and people had to wait very long for the dishes to be refilled.

I liked lobby with good staff. I liked.f9od at tapan for dinner. I liked spa swana and. Jacuzzi.. Brakefast was very nice.good service. I liked location of hotel very much. And nice view from balcony of hotel

Food written Manue was not available. Bar code scanning not possible and menu not opening. Written food manue should always be availspeccially for old people.

Big nice hotel 2 hours away from Islamabad. It has a big park/forest to walk around and views on the valley and mountains. It is nice place to relax and enjoy the views and nature. Staff is welcoming and professional. Restaurant is very good. Hotel could use some renovation and better cleaning in the rooms, but it is still good value.

It has good views from balcony, decent size room. Issues in washrooms, needs to be maintained. Otherwise they have a lot of good amenities and facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

They need to maintain their washrooms, like renovate them. Most of the things are breaking and not up to the mark.

Significant change in the way the staff was interacting with clients. Indicates fresh and advanced training. Like this a lot.

The kids area of games and rides had a drain underneath it resulting in foul smells. Staff was continuously working to fight it. But problem resurfaced again. Needs attention from senior leadership for doing the corrective action on the drain design to remove the root cause of the issue.

Better then all other hotels in the area

Hi tea menu needs improvement alot it was not worth the money. Items were less and also cheap ones. Breakfast buffet was ok but most of the things on dessert section were not refilled by managemet. And also needs improvement in all dishes which were not pakistani

Room was excellent. Wonderful buffet and breakfast. Room service (Fish and Chips) was also good. Did not like the security check in at the entrance gate. Billiard staff person was an awesome fellow. He turned into an excellent coach for my daughter. Highly appreciated his kind guidance.

Check in at the gate. (Basically the procedure). I think it is basically for security reasons. I would say it is because of poor performance of the government of PAKISTAN, for decades. Completely nincompoops (heads of all govt departments/institutions)

The amount charged for my nine year daughter's breakfast was too much. My kids didn't eat much at breakfast buffet. But hotel charged too much for kids breakfast. Parking Space is very less and congested. There should be more parking space available. We checked in late and The terrace cafe was closed around 12am. The terrace cafe should keep open for mesmerising view with coffee.
