The staff, rooms and restaurant all of these along with the Breathtaking views and near to down town. What else one would need? The Falettis Grand Hotel offers all of these... I recommend this hotel to anyone who actually wants to enjoy in murree with peace. The Front Desk Officer Muzamil is Very kind and cooperative. The Door man, Abdul Rashid and the housekeeping Muavia didn't let us feel that we are away from home. They were always ready to assist us and made this trip memorable for us.

Staff is courtious but from the top management to the lower staff needs to be more trained and proffessional.The upper management should wear proper suit and tie with thier names on thier coat or jacket.They should be well groomed.Light music should be in the lobbys and in the corridors,hallways.Breakfast should have a live station for eggs,and cerals should be included.Brown Bread should be added with white bread and the showers should have more pressure,and the gysers should be adjusted properly.Muree because of the global warming becomes too hot in the day time with temperatures exceeding 30 celcius.So Airconditioners should be installed.The Generators should start immediately during power breakdowns,and emergency lights should be installed in every room and lobbys/hallways,corridors. Room serice should be for 24 hours.

No Airconditioning as mentioned above.Upper managements frequent rounds on every floor to ensure everything is well

The hotel was very nice neat and clean the staff was very professional especially mr. Bilal on reception was very helpful and his staff member helped us alot to stay and they showed up with very respectful and professional way....even the food was very tasty and very fresh...though when we checked in they served us with the complementary fruits which was very nice gesture to showed up with...Thanks For the Warm welcome and your hospitality of falettis Hotel..

It was an amazing experience; although approach through GPO Chowk was somewhat difficult yet we reached safely and enjoyed our stay. Mall Road at walking distance and no hassle on return route. Properly is really well constructed and well maintained with capacious room, neat and clean with all usual facilities of a 4 star hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Slightly expensive!

It was way better than we expected. Very cery comfortable stay, muzamil at front desk was extremely helpful. Overall a very very pleasant experience

We stayed in the basement, and there was a lot of noise from the ground floor restaurant. Started 6am everyday. It was very annoying.

Shower mixer wasn't functioning properly. The walk to main bazaar at night seems a bit dangerous as a part of it is dark with very few people around.

Love the furniture of the room and the facilities provided in the wash room. the view from terrace was so peaceful.

I didn't like the taste of breakfast and also the variety was not much. Tea was ridiculous.

Pls increase ur staff in night shift. They are .too slow to respond.. Rest is ok ...spacious rooms with all facilities.
