Overall it's a very good facility, breakfast was good. Parking space was ample, staff was cooperative.

2 things i should mention; one which although not hotel's fault but worth mentioning is the access road from the main is in very bad condition & in bad weather its can be dangerous or even disasterous, there are not lights on the road despite numerous hotels apart from hotel one located there. Second thing is the sheets, pillows & comforter, they were quite damp, felt irritating.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel One Bhurban. The staff was extremely professional and courteous, always attentive and ready to assist. The location is also a major plus, offering peaceful surroundings and beautiful views, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness and overall ambiance of the hotel added to the positive experience.

There were a few things that could be improved. The road leading to the hotel was under construction, which made access a bit inconvenient. Also, breakfast was served in the room instead of a buffet, and there was no printed menu provided, making it difficult to know the available choices. These small issues slightly affected the overall experience.

The view from the rooms is unbelievably great. The staff is very accommodating. Manager Zohair is a gentleman. Breakfast has many options from english to desi. Rooms have balconies with table chairs. Complementary washroom kits are also given. Washrooms are huge and have hot water.

Maintenance seems to be ignored by higher management, as it was in pretty good condition in my last visit in 2020. Broken sanitary, bulbs, sliding windows. The location is a bit steep, the last mile to the hotel is in awful condition. The road needs serious repairs.

I had booked the deluxe double room with the Mountain View but when we reached I was told the room didn’t have a view. So they upgraded me to the executive room without extra charges. The service was very good and the views were exceptional. The breakfast was really good too. They also arranged a car on decent prices for sight seeing.

The cleanliness could have been a bit better on the outside as there were some insects in the balcony but the room was nice and clean. The place could add some amenities and activities.

Booked 4 rooms for family for 3 nights and 4 days. Good, fast & efficient room service. Good food. Staff was nice. Loved the complimentary access (free) to PC Bhurban and the 10% food discount there. Enjoyed the overall stay.

Renovation work was going on overall, road was being repaired and work in other rooms was being done. The mountain view rooms have a partially blocked view with the building in front of the windows. Hot water is 24 hours, but in the morning when everyone is getting ready, hot water runs out. Either one has to wait for it to get heated or take a bath with cold water. I suggest to have instant geysers for rooms.

Staff is cooperative. Breakfast was outstanding, kids found their favorite dishes in breakfast.

Some suggestions and concerns 1. There should be some place for kids to enjoy, may be swings, slides etc. 2. Road towards the hotel is under construction, hope it will be constructed soon 3. Lawn and flowers area may be constructed for sitting. 4. Inverter heater may be added in basement room 5. Food is expensive

The ambience was amazing and the stay experience was awesome. The staff was very helpful and great people. Food was yummy and the view from the balcony was to die for. Highly recommended people.

Loved everything except that the balcony windows were not movable and very hard to open. This could be improved with a single maintenance compane.

I loved my stay at hotel one with amazing service and hospitality. Mr saqib at front desk was very kind and made sure our stay was comfortable. Ammar served us very well during our entire stay. The hotel has amazing views and calmness. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, it's a perfect place to be. It's little off road but that's what makes it so calm. I enjoyed my morning yoga at balcony and connected with nature. The breakfast was excellent,we enjoyed it thoroughly. This hotel is definitely value for money and a feel of luxury as well.

There is nothing not to like but if you are looking for activities based hotels with lawns and gardens, it's not like that. Its a peaceful resort made with the purpose of calmness.

I had a very good overall experience during my stay. The rooms were clean and offered great views. A special mention goes to the reception staff-they were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a positive difference. Their warm attitude added a lot to the overall experience.

located at a scenic calm place, good for people love nature and peace, with luxury, safety and peace. good heating facility. Very Clean spacious rooms. room service was good. Duty manager was very cooperative, helpful and gives lots of information about area, property and facilities.

keep doing good job, surprisingly does not need much to improve. link road is totally broken but this is normal when we visit a remote place for peace and nature.
