The location, although the drive up the hill *could* be challenging, was wonderful, some of the best views are cut off by the new buildings in the way and there's basically no view from the rooms. But, the room was wonderful, clean, and the staff were very pleasant.

The parking situation is really bad, and where there's place for 5 cars there were two vigos parked sideways taking up that space and the remaining parking situation is quite dire. Really need to do something about parking, or open up the street going to the backyard of the main building so cars car park and not burn the clutch on a steep downhill. The breakfast situation was quite bad, for PC standards, it was really bad, very very limited choice, you have to ask the staff to bring you half the stuff, the roast chicken and sausages had zero flavor, not even salt.

The place is located at the heart of Murree, yet it's quiet and cozy. It's a two minute walk to Mall Road. The staff is extremely courteous, and the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good at the price point. You must have a walk around inside the old architecture of the hotel if you were among the ones given a room outside of the main building.

There is not much of a view outside of the rooms and there is no cable TV but netflix and youtube etc run great so you won't feel the need if you don't watch cable TV. Just a couple of things that I noticed, but I think cecil is a great place to stay at

I had a pleasant stay at Cecil by Pearl Continental Hotels & Resorts last week from Wednesday to Friday. The rooms were comfortable with excellent heating, and while housekeeping could be slightly improved, it was satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, with Mr. Husnain at the reservation desk and Mishal in the breakfast area being particularly helpful. The hotel offers good parking facilities, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Overall, it was a great experience with my family, and I would recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The housekeeping was satisfactory but could be slightly improved.

It had a very colonial feel and the staff was really friendly.

The property’s route was a bit scary and was giving horror movie vibes but then the hotel itself was very warm and lively. Some of the executive rooms had few of the basic things like fridge, lamps not working so we had to keep moving and got a room with all amenities at 10pm. Moreover, there is no atm in the vicinity and considering it was a PC property, I assumed the place will have their own atm machine but I was mistaken and upon requesting for this we were informed that the place very recently got pos machine.

First night I did not like the room but when I moved to another room for second night, room was amazing . Two ladies who work at front desk are friendly and professional. Breakfast was great.staffs who work at breakfast room were friendly and helpful

When I asked to go play room the guy asked me for money to open the room(i believe this play room is one of hotel facility for guest)when I called to ask for room service number he answered and very quick and cut the line I did not get the number yet

Everything was perfect!

The restaurant team were really lovely and made breakfast and dinner most enjoyable. The menu offered a fair range of choices. The hotel is a real throwback to a historical period and the maintenance and restorations are good, The staff are warm, friendly and helpful.

Complimentary access to the games room would have been appreciated. A wider selection of beverages on the drinks menu. Personally, a couple of Gluten free products eg bread or cookie would have been appreciated

We had a great and one of a kind experience staying at Cecil. Their staff were very polite and cooperative specially hotel manager who welcomed us with upgrading our room to family king suit. My family loved it. Its scenic view towards the hills, lawns and a building standing since 1851, has seen all the famous people living and visiting here.they have gaming room full with pool table, foosball, table tenise and ludo it would be great to have video games for kids as well, but they loved it. It has uninterrupted hot water supply and the heating facility with wifi access at every corner of the hotel.

Overall, my stay was good. The location is great—very close to Mall Road, which was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. I want to especially mention Mehtab, who was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. However, the service at the restaurant during dinner time was quite slow. There was only one person attending all the tables, which affected the overall dining experience.

Hotel Garden offers nice sitting, Rooms are spacious, hygienic environment and especially Sunday breakfast. Is really good and plenty.

They are charging exorbitant Food prices which cannot be justifed by any means .They must review and decrease their prices of Food menu. So that guest can enjoy both their hospitality and Food which truly makes their trip memorable.
