Very convenient location with great views, especially the valley side. The deluxe rooms are much bigger than they appear in the photos. Staff is courteous and generally well mannered & helpful. All facilities, including the swimming pool, are well maintained. Ample parking space.

Customer service can be a bit hot and cold at times. Drinking water should not be charged. Hotel policy should be clear and concise, e.g., they won't allow you to enter the pool unless you have a swimming cap. Also, some booking options do not include breakfast. Room amenities can be better. Considering the location, prices are on the higher side.

A decent 4-star hotel meeting up with international standards. The room size was amazing (we stayed in executive rooms, which the front desk upgraded us to for free - probably because of the low occupancy at the hotel at that time - but a good gesture nevertheless). Staff was friendly and lively, not like the general harassing nature of staff at hotels, etc. in Pakistan. There was a game room, with billiards for the adults and a play area for the kids, and also a barber shop, and a pretty nice prayer room with sections for both men and women.

The gym wasn't functional, which was quite surprising given that the hotel has been in operation for around a year now - the guy at the front desk said something like 'some machines are still not there.' Swimming pool was under maintenance. These things might not be much of an issue for us, but given Murree is a resort destination, a hotel of such standard should be expected to keep such things up and running year round. Food options were very limited. There was only one cafe open for dinner, hence we didn't even consider dinner at the hotel. Fortunately, there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Buffet breakfast was good, though. Good, not extraordinary.

Hotel was super clean, rooms comfortable and very spacious in the price, buffet breakfast on day 01 was excellent. Staff was courteous and quick service. Food taste was great. Location is amazing especially night view is spectacular. Hot water and heating was superb. In room dining available 24/7 which was a veryyyy big plus for us nighters.

On day 02 of our stay there wasn't buffet breakfast but ala carte. It should've been mentioned at the time of booking or previous day because we never experienced such a thing where when guests are less in number you don't convey about breakfast options. Cafe should've more patisserie options (suggestion)

The place was above my expectations, the room was very clean. I booked a executive suit, the view was great. The staff was very nice and restaurant food was good. The swimming pool was warm with a temperature of 32 c. Mr Umar at the swimming pool was very corporative. Mr Illyas at the check in and Mr Shafqat Abbasi the serving staff was very helpful.

The restaurant prices were a little high compared to market.

It is one of the best and calm places in the area for families.

Check-in and Check-out process needs improvement. I checked in at around 4 p.m., and the staff had trouble locating a room ready for move in. Staff at checkout was also stressed and non-chalant.

Over all experience is exceptional. Location and facilities are not less than any international standards. Staff are very helpful, Arsalan the Manager was exceptional specially with his food recommendations. Mona made the checkin very simple. Kudos to all the staff. Very much recommended if you want to escape the heavy traffic jams of Murree.

We booked two deluxe rooms but were upgraded to executive rooms (free of charge due to availability) with an interconnecting door. Immediately at arrival, we were offered a welcome drink (green tea). Cleanliness, Rooms, Food, Views, Hospitality of staff were top notch. They have a very nice indoor play area for kids as well as pool, and table tennis for adults. The restaurant is open 24 hours. Internet was good. They also have cable TV, Netflix, & YouTube. Murree is at a 15 minute drive from here. If you’re looking for more dining options then Second Cup, Chaye Khana, etc. are at a 5 minute drive.

wellness services aren’t active yet but we found that out when we came here. I was looking forward to visiting the swimming pool, gym and spa.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. At par with any other 5 star hotel. Rooms were very clean. All amenities provided. Got a couple of complimentary chocolate chip cookies.🙂 Staff very cooperative. The view from the terrace was terrific. Overall a good experience. On our request we got interconnecting rooms which was very considerate of them as we had kids along with us.

The shower area in the bathroom is partly separate but does need a door as all the water from the shower splashes out onto the bathroom floor which is quite a nuisance. The terrace cafe needs to upgrade the menu as well as the taste and flavor of their dishes as it didn't live up to our expectations. Other than this everything else was fine.

The green light in room was on always, that was very annoying. I couldn't sleep due to it. Also whenever the power outage occurs, the emergency light in room turns on which was very annoying because at 2:00AM you are sleeping and suddenly the light turns on in the room. Also dinner was expensive. No nearby resturant or place to go. Only resturant that is near is McDonalds.
