It has history behind it. Architectural side of it just something I have always loved so this stay was perfect for me. No need for a car everything close and if needed a taxi or Uber will do without it even being a long drive. Highly recommend it if you like this type of architecture but if you prefer more of a modern look this is probably not for you.

Really there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it from staff to the property all were great. At first I did notice there was no iron when I had called before to ask but when I asked the front desk they supplied me with one so all was good.

The hotel's homeland location is definitely a plus, along with the cool rooftop offering a fantastic view. The hotel has a small parking area in front, although street parking might be a bit tricky. The interior of the hotel is amazing; the rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The Wi-Fi is excellent.

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and breakfast wasn't available, which might be a mistake as my reservation included it. Also a long wait for hot water, and the room insulation isn’t very good, leading to noise disturbances.

Location

The road to the hotel was closed due to a street fair. We had to pay to park the car in a parkade. The hotel refused to reimburse us or give us a discount. There was a Karaoke party which the reception told us would finish by 10.00pm. there was music and lots of noise until the early morning of the following day. The breakfast took 20 minutes to arrive and was completely cold.

Location, staff, costumer service, clean.

They have some flower pots by every window that needs to be replace or remove because they have a hole and is licking all day and night that makes a lot of noise/ shower heads needs to be replace often because they are clogged

The location was very good. The staff was nice. The room was huge. It took 2 days to get pillowcases. Luckily, I had my own.. For the great price, the hotel was very good.

Old funky smell until you go used to it. The window was looking into a wall and did not completely close.. There were no pillowcases for 2 nights.

The location was spectacular. Privacy in bedrooms was ok, but the view of the inner garden was nice. The rooms and common areas have paintings and music that improve the ambiance.

Some details in the room could be improved. Such as minor dents in the walls and ceilings. Also the tv installation can improve, but is nothing to worry about.

Breakfast was excellent, location perfect, terrace had a great view of the cathedral. Very cool old building with interesting decor

Room had no exterior window

The hotel is in a perfect location and it’s beautiful and clean. The checkin process was seamless and staff was very pleasant.

We didn’t have pillowcases or floor towel for bath. We called the front desk for the pillowcases and they were brought up immediately.

We liked the location, the architecture and the accommodation.

Since is an old building, the water filtering from the shower was too slow. In addition, we weren't provided with floor towels.

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in in Zacatecas. The balcany was great, room was spacious and clean and the bathroom perfect.
