The room was lovely, had a beautiful view with no large buildings blocking the view of city lights and was comfortably appointed. Location was absolutely perfect, private street in a very active part of the city. Had brunch in the restaurant, and it was DELICIOUS, highly recommend the Salmon Florentine. Restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby were great, I did not need/want to leave the area.

There was not a curtain on the shower window, so I had to steam it up or wait until after dark with lights out in the room to shower. This did not affect me enough to call and ask to switch rooms, though staff was lovely and I am sure that I would have been accommodated.

clean hotel , great location, most of the staff is nice and helpful in the morning there is coffee at reception which was nice

there was no fridge or cattle in the room ,we had to ask for it and got a cattle at the second night and fridge after š nights , which was very strange at 4 star hotel, strange opening hours of coffeshop most of the days we been there it was either promised water every day, in reality we got it 2 days only out of 8 we been there,

Our room was the corner room 1604, 2 sides with large windows. Bedding is comfortable and the heating temperature control is precise which is good. Bath room is excellent, with a window . Great view of the city from all windows

Large "room damage" deposit ( $150 per day x9 days!) required ,The first Hotel we ever experience this and it took a week after we left till the holding deposit to clear up on our credit card. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room ( they did lend us a kettle) . No fridge in the room ( it would be a problem for summer). A hotel of this calibre should have coffee/tea making facility The floor to celing curtains was stuck ( could not close) and fell apart on a few nights, luckily its winter so its not so bad, bed head has prominent marks and stains . The room is showing its age

We had a room on a higher floor and the view was amazing. If you are happy to be in the Soho area, the location was great. We were conveniently located to several subway stops, but also an easy walk to the Village.

The room and bathroom area is too small for 2 people. We had 2 large suitcases as we were on a long trip and it was hard managing the space in the room. The shower is huge, which was great. However, there was no heat in the bathroom and it was very very cold in NYC, so the floor and the bathroom area was cold. Also, they need towel racks in the area where the sink is.

Great customer service - Chris on checkin was awesome! Good sized rooms for NY! Location excellent. Views from room were amazing! Suggest going higher floor and updated rooms. House keeping very good - very clean rooms every day! We had a Queen Suite room which had a great living space. Our adults kids had Queen rooms which were also good, but our living room was a great place to meet up.

Not much to be honest. Beds were a little hard for us. We had a drafty window but it was fixed promptly.

The location was great, and the entrance is so pretty at night. Rooms were very comfortable, and the bed was awesome. Lots of activity and picture taking around the hotel. Being able to walk to Little Italy is perfect and tons of restaurants in the area.

The Bell staff should be more visible outside, not just in the lobby for luggage as well as guidance. Parking is available off-site, it's a little drive and super $$$. We found out later Sunday is free street parking, would have been nice to know since we stayed on a Sunday night.

The room was great, spacious and comfortable with amazing views. The location was amazing, near a subway station as well as in a great neighborhood to be in. Overall I'd say that even though its a bit on the pricier side of hotels, it is still a good value for money.

I had a hard time reaching out to the hotel. The room was stated to have a sofa bed based on availability, but since I was traveling with my wife and two kids, I couldn't count on availability and wanted to make sure my kids won't sleep on a mattress on the floor. I got mostly generic responses and wasn't able to really be confident in what will happen. Also the check-in hour is quite late. 16:00, which is a bit unusual and we didn't get even a minute of earlier check-in (even though check-out is by 12:00).

The location is 2nd to none! The hotel is excellent! I stayed in 2509 which is one of the penthouses and the balcony has the best views of the city in Manhattan. The patio furniture was raggedy and stained. The door to the patio had this knob that will cut you if you’re not super careful. I would think stupid crap like this would be resolved for what this room rents for? And all the doors on this floor slam shut and wake you up when another person enters their room. I mean door dampers are cheap and usually on hotel doors yes? Anyhow, minus the BS the room is nice and if they’ll fix these problems the room will be amazing. Also the front desk is on the 2nd floor weird but whatever.

The gym is as small and most of the machines needed maintenance or adjustments. The shower in my bathroom was large but this shelf that held shampoo was moldy and falling off the wall.

Super clean and great location! The room was not that big but ok enough for New York standards.

There's no breakfast available. It was not clear from Bookings.com' description. It misleading. You have to go downstair to the coffee shop and get something from there. The selection is very limited and pricy. On saturday and Sunday you can go to the restaurant in the building and they offer breakfast.

I opted for the upgrade from Booking.com to get a room with a better view. For about $30 more we were on the 24th floor with a majestic view of the city.

The room could have had some outlets next to the bed for iPhone charging. The outlets were all by the desk. The hotel's restaurant offered a brunch on the weekend but the offerings were too fancy for me, I prefer traditional American breakfast. My wife loved it though. For security, the elevators should require a room key scan to work so that individuals who aren't guests won't be able to access the upper floors.
