The staff is gorgeous. Very kind and helpful, from the room girls to the waiters. I have never seen such great staff.

The animation was horrible. This was more a standard of a 2 stars party hotel. Wifi was not working properly. There was no proper shampoo and hair conditioner available.

Location, staff, cleanliness

No internet in rooms, guests must go to main lobby to connect. This was inconvenient. Even though there were lots of offerings, the quality of food was poor.

I had a fantastic stay at the Be Live Hotel in Saïdia! The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the food was delicious with a good variety, and the location right by the beach was perfect. A special thank you to Asma, the manager of customer relations. She was incredibly helpful, always professional, and her warm smile made every interaction a pleasure. She went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy and comfortable — truly a standout in hospitality! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saïdia and look forward to coming back again.

Excellent hotel nothing but a positive environment and a great atmosphere in general. Reception are all lovely and well mannered as for the young boys working in the buffet. A huge thank you to the moroccan, fish and mediterranean restaurant staff, they’re all so kind and welcoming I couldn’t get all their names but i remember a man named Soufiane in the mediterranean restaurant who was extremely patient with the children and skilled in his communication and Hakim from the moroccan restaurant who was extremely helpful and friendly. Last but not least a massive thank you to Asmae for being so helpful, attentive and accommodating to our needs months prior to our booking and on arrival.. This is our second time visiting this hotel and by far the best hotel we’ve been to in Morocco.

We really appreciated the location, the variety of food, and the hospitality of the staff in the restaurant and in the pool — especially the Guest Relations Manager, Mrs. Asma, who was professional and very supportive throughout our stay. Thank you

The lack of flexibility and professionalism during check-in was disappointing. We had issues with two inexperienced front desk agents, Oumaima and Anouar, who were not reliable when it came to the room selection. Noise was also a problem, as the music at night went on past midnight, making it difficult to rest

I had a wonderful time during my stay. The guest services representatives accommodated my early check-in request, given my exhausting drive to Saidia. The friendly service, comfortable room, delicious Moroccan cuisine and my ocean view with the balcony made my stay enjoyable. The manager, Ms. Asma, was exceptionally kind, making her a highlight of my visit. I'm eager to return! Thank you again Ms. Asma and her staff. 😊

I loved everything!

The variety of food available was very good, and the beach and pools were fantastic. The Friday night musicians were absolutely phenomenal, and we absolutely enjoyed listening to them!

The special restaurants basically had the same food as the buffets, so the only added bonus of being able to eat in them was a quieter room separated from the rest of the guests. Also, the wifi was not very good and the area set aside with little desks for working was a wifi deadzone.

Great location. Clean, spacious and modern rooms with nice views. Pool and Animation Staff is fantastic, fun activities and great shows in the evening, especially loved the Aqua gym each day. Many choices for food if you book more than 4 nights you have the option to dine in the 3 A la carte restaurants. Staff at the restaurants are very polite and attentive. Overall loved our stay.

Wi-Fi does not work in the room at all and barely works in public areas. Furthermore we were overcharged by 100€ due to an issue between booking.com and the hotel, but the Hotel did not take responsibility for this and made us pay the extra amount - not cool.

Beach was sensational Asma, guests relations, was charming and attentive Room was enormous and very comfortable The resort was very quiet, which suited me perfectly

Spa card machine wasn't working Food was fairly ok, but not great. E.g. chicken was very dry Not a fan of the loud music around the pool, but I imagine that this is the concept, and guests generally like it

friendly staff, good hotel, loved the pool and the private beach! Food was mostly amazing. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our time there.

the bathroom doesn't really match the rest of the room, it would need renovation,but it was clean and all the appliances were working. We had an issue with our keys to open the door. we went to the reception, got new keys, it still didn't work and then they made us wait an hour until a technician came with us to finally fix the door. the food was mostly great, especially the breakfast, but sometimes at dinner, not all of the different options met our expectations.
