There was a lot of space in rooms with a nice view and comfortable furniture , the beach is amazing and resort have a whole program to keep you in all day Also, the whole staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, specially Fatima Zahra at the reception desk. The main restaurant and the other thematic restaurants was good, they do a lot of effort to please everyone taste.

Everything was good Perhaps, the towels was changed even if we don’t put them in the tub , and also some days it took 3 hours to bring us new towels, so we couldn’t take a shower in meantime The noise from the animation pool can be sometimes disturbing if you want to relax inside your room

We had an excellent stay at Iberostar. The staff was exceptional, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their sense of hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable. The animation at the hotel was fantastic! The activities were varied and suitable for the whole family. We especially enjoyed the evening shows and events, which added a special touch to our holiday. The rooms were impeccable, spacious, and comfortable. They offered all the comfort needed to relax after a busy day. Additionally, the cleanliness was spotless, which really contributed to making our stay even more pleasant.

We had a great experience at Iberostar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and nice, with a short distance to the beach, which was a big plus. There was a wide range of activities and entertainment, ensuring there was always something to do. However, there was quite a bit of noise from the music and entertainment from early morning until late at night, which could be a bit disruptive.

One area for improvement is the towel system. We experienced issues with towels being stolen, and a more efficient system could have been implemented. For example, assigning towels with guests' names and room numbers and collecting them upon checkout would have alleviated the inconvenience of monitoring towels and worrying about theft. We also dined at the hotel's Fes restaurant once, but unfortunately, both the service, staff and the food were very, very disappointing.

The hotel arranged a taxi from the train station to the hotel and then to the airport at the end of our stay. The hotel service was friendly. The hotel was clean. The hotel was quiet, nothing disturbed us at night. The beach was clean. There were always plenty of sunbeds by the sea, but not all had an umbrella. We liked the food.

There was no bar on the beach with different types of drinks, only water. Since the hotel is big, everyone had a fixed time during which they could go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were assigned the latest time, which suited us, but if we had earlier times and had to get up early for breakfast, we wouldn't like it.

I have been in Iberostar Saudia for four times. This time was the best. I can see there is lots of improvement in the hotel and I believe this is due to new management. I loved the food, entertainment and the the kindnesses of the staff. It was very clean and well maintained. The Morrocan night was the highlight 😊. I will definitely go back next summer!

A genuine beachfront hotel with ample space to accommodate many guests, offering a fantastic atmosphere for a summer vacation. The large pools are ideal for children, making it a great choice for families.

Overall, the hotel is excellent, providing a great experience for guests. However, the furniture is in need of renovation, as it has not been updated in years. Additionally, the food offerings are less diverse and not as high-quality as they used to be, especially considering the price of the all-inclusive package.

- Location, at sea with great swimming pool, spacious room - Le3des (Moroccan lentils dish) served in the restaurant was excellent

-Tagine dish in the restaurant. Served as pieces of remaining bones with fat, which is disrespectful to one of the best dishes in the Moroccan cuisine. Do not serve it f you cannot make it. - waiting lines everywhere; bar, reception, restaurant. Just add one or two employees at each place (should not be that expensive in Morocco).

The animation staff propose a lot of activities. The staff at the reception are really kind and helpful. It was a all inclusive option and food choices were good.

The main swimming pool where all water activities happen need more cleanning.

We loved the stay in ibersostar this year, it was great. The good energy, pleasantness and helpfulness of the staff especially mohamed el ouajdi and safaa on the reception check-in. And oussama the bartender from agadir. They were very lovely.
