A Perfect Stay at Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar – Exceptional Service from Reception to Restaurant! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional reception staff, and the exceptional service continued throughout my stay. At the front desk, Shivam & Praveen welcomed me with a warm smile and made check-in incredibly smooth. Ravi was not only efficient but also took the time to provide me with all the necessary information and prompt support if we require anything . They even offered a great recommendation for a nearby park,temple to visit, making me feel like a valued guest right from the start. The highlight of my stay, however, was the dining experience at Restaurant . The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The staff were attentive and eager to make sure every guest felt comfortable and well-cared for. Poonam,Ramakrishna,Mayank,Suresh,Uday the server who took care of us, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent menu suggestions and A special shoutout goes to Abhishek & Vaidehi , who took our feedback regarding food and made changes as well. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I could need. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected during my trip. The flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and coffee maker were great touches, and I found the in-room safe to be a practical addition for storing valuables. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly thanks to the perfect room temperature, adjustable via the air conditioning.

However, one downside to the room was the lack of open windows. Although the air conditioning worked fine, I did experience a bit of discomfort due to the lack of natural ventilation. The air felt a bit stuffy at times, especially when I wanted to enjoy some fresh air. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it's something to consider if you're sensitive to ventilation.

Chairs tables awesome decor. Pleasing to eye, soothing to heart Away from main road, less pollution but easily accessible main road. Strategic location regarding tourist attractions and good city area. Roads are good. Vehicle accessibility is good. Front desk staff very cordially connected.

Slow room service.. Should improve on manpower if possible.

The Hotel had a welcoming look. The staff was smiling, the rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the taste was terrific. Great value for money. Keep up the good work.

The property did not have a dedicated or an underground parking facility. That was a bit on inconvenience. However, there was the valet parking facility and the staff was more than accommodative of our request to get the vehicle cleaned.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff here are very warm and patient, especially poonam from the restaurant. She always had a smile on her face, proactively attended to our needs, and was attentive to every detail. Poonam not only provided us with excellent service but also offered great suggestions for our meals, helping us choose the best dishes. Her professionalism and friendliness made our dining experience even more enjoyable and memorable 💖

This hotel is slightly over priced but then it overrights with its excellent customer service. From reception to room service, everyone is very courteous. My mom who is a senior citizen and certainly aged stayed here along with my daughter. They felt very safe. The room service is absoutely fab! There were there for a quick pilgrimage trip to nearby places hence had to stay in Indore. Most important factor for me to again choose this hotel in addition to an excellent customer serivce - 1. There are fire alarms and sprinklers in the hotel. I always check this because there are many hotels in various cities which do not follow the fire safety norms and there are fire accidents in hotels. 2. Good selection of breakfast. They are making efforts to keep this to a very high standards. How special and imporant you feel: My mom and daughter arranged for a ola cab. There was some senior person at hotel (missed to note his name) who observed them boarding an outside taxi, he ensured that the secuirty of hotel records the taxi number in their register and spoke to the driver to ensure they are taken well. This is something outstanding. Before making the booking, I read reviews about this hotel on Google and now post travel, I must say, this is highly recommended place to stay!

The price could be competative.

Very clean and nice room. We had a great stay.

One thing my wife pointed out that the dosa at breakfast was made in the same pan as eggs. She is very sensitive to egg smell and this made her very nauseous. We did point this out and she mentioned the next day it was fine.

The staff was extremely helpful. Everyone from Front desk Staff housekeeping staff to restaurant staff was very hospitable and pleasant, particularly front office and bell-boy. The rooms are very comfortable and the food in the restaurant is great. Good variety in the breakfast and Dinner buffet. Its a great place to stay. Will surely recommend!

Good clean rooms , hospitable staff

Although I had reserved through booking. com keeping my credit card number as security to confirm my booking, the hotel insisted to make payment before check in , I could not fathom why credit card was not considered as security to confirm the reservation?

The team at front desk including night staff- Vikant, Anmol,including couple of ladies. Catering, porters, drivers fulfilled our requirements especially for foreign tourists. Bhawangi also fulfilled our tour requirements.
