Incredible, kind, accommodating staff. We had the hotel to ourselves, basically. We didn't see any other guests the whole time we were there and we felt super cared for.

It was just a bit expensive for a Peruvian hotel in Tarapoto. But the service made up for it. I would still recommend the place.

Hotel staff were FANTASTIC. They were very helpful to deal with our busy schedule. The restaurant and breakfast food is homemade and fresh from the markets in town. The AC in the rooms was a blessing.

The location. It’s far away from everything which is nice if you want some peace and quiet but it sucks because there is nothing around to eat or do.

The location was the best part as it is not in the city center but a tuk-tuk ride away. It is a lot quieter than being in the middle of it all. They have a pool, which was lovely to use at night time.

The staff was exceptionally attentive . Quiet, close to the airport .

Though the staff was wonderful , they need more training from owners . Like being quicker serving breakfast , they used the same gloves to serve the food and didn’t change to touch furniture or elevator . Simple details . But they did their best .

From the moment we were pick up/drop off to and from airport the service, the hotel, the staff were exceptional, very attentive to our needs. The food in the hotel was great. Carlos and RosaLinda thank you so much! Your staff were awesome!!

Room was of a good size with spacious bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Nice simple breakfast.

Despite there being considerable reference to the restaurant in the listing, during our stay it was closed all but one day we were there. The staff were not able to explain why, but after long days of seeing the sights, one had to take a motor taxi back to town for dinner. One night they were able cook us dinner, but we had to give advanced notice so that the food could be purchased. We were very disappointed in this as the restaurant and bar were reasons we chose the property. The hotel is not far from the Plaza de Morales by motor taxi, but there isn’t a great selection of eateries there. The central plaza of Tarapoto is somewhat further and can be a scary motor taxi ride at night. There is a bit more selection there.
