The Su Hotel holds a special place in my heart. My husband and I stayed here on our first visit to Turkey 30 yrs ago when were just married and semi-backing our way through the country. While we were a bit worried that we would be disappointed, we were happy to find the hotel to be much the same. Although there have been some upgrades and building additions, the Su hotel was almost as we remembered it to be. It's a quiet and relaxing oasis in bustling tourist town. The owners and staff were very warm and accommodating. On this visit, we brought along our college age daughter and my sister -- our first stop on a 3-1/2 week trip along the turquoise coast of Turkey. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights before a 7-day sailing trip aboard a traditional Turkish Gulet. The rooms are simply furnished, but immaculate. Each room also has a private balcony or terrace area where we would often enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. There is a lovely large pool in the central courtyard surrounded by colorful flowers, tables and sun loungers. Perfect after a hot day of sightseeing. A basic turkish breakfast buffet is served every morning and the kitchen can also provide lunch and dinner upon request. There's also a bar that will stay open as long as there are guests to serve! The grounds are very clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk to the restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife along the harbor. It's about a 10 minute walk to the ancient theater. After 30 yrs., the Su Hotel did not disappoint.

Very friendly and quirky, short walking distance from the castle and main part of Bodrun. We had the offered evening meal which was good value and well cooked.They offer fish, steak or typical Turkish. We had the fish , delicious sea bass.

Beautiful place, the pool was loverly, staff was helpful.

The road to the town - you have to go on a narrow road with cars, not far, maybe 5 min, but this spoils the impression Room was ok, expectations were higher due to pictures, but generally was ok.

Great location, very close to Marina, restaurants, shops, castle, and a gorgeous bakery. Lovely staff, very helpful, chatty and welcoming. Quiet location, nice pool, always a member of staff nearby for refreshments and anything else you might need or to ask.

The bathroom, personally I would have paid more for a refurbished bathroom however it wasn’t an option as far as I could see at time of booking. The tiles in the shower desperately need replaced or the grouting bleached and or redone. The bathroom was adequate but not ideal. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit (leaking water above our bed, soaking sheets!) it was unfortunate as we had an awful nights sleep, it was fixed the next day but wasn’t great and I never received an apology or even a complimentary drink for our terrible nights sleep. We did sleep absolutely fine the rest of the time …

Su Hotel in Bodrum has a boutique feel, with well-kept grounds and a pool that was invaluable in the heat. The rooms match the photos, and each has an outdoor seating area, which is a nice addition. Air conditioning works well, making for a comfortable stay. The location is close to the harbour, restaurants, and the town’s bustle, yet the hotel itself offers a quiet retreat. The walk to the nearest beach is quite long and may not be suitable for older guests, especially given Bodrum’s steep hills. While there are taxis, the taxi boat from the harbour is a great alternative for reaching beach clubs and other spots. Breakfast was underwhelming, mostly limited to jams and cakes. For a future stay in Bodrum, I would choose somewhere closer to a beach, but this hotel is a good option if proximity to the harbour and a peaceful setting are your priorities.

A little haven where you can totally relax and be at peace around a gorgeous pool area away from the craziness of Bodrum town but super close if you want a part of the action! The staff are exceptional with great advice on restaurants and places to visit and super friendly & hospitable. The breakfast was so delicious and had lots of different options and lots of freshly made delights. Great coffee & cocktails!

We loved everything!

Superb pool, beautiful flowers, friendly and helpful staff and a calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Bodrum. It was a great place to stay and I couldn’t imagine any other hotel in Bodrum could be in such a convenient location for the marina and the town whilst also enjoying such a quiet position! We had two great night’s sleep whilst staying at Su Hotel.

The road leading to the hotel can be very busy at certain times of day and there is no footpath. However, once you go down the path leading to the hotel itself, you are suddenly in a calm and peaceful location.

The location is great! Very easy to get from Su Hotel to Bodrum Marina - a slight walk along a busy road to get to the road to walk down. The pool and outside area is fantastic, just like the photos! Very beautiful and colourful. Its quiet and small and thats what we wanted. There is no issues with getting a sunbed each day and the staff are plentiful and always willing to help and very polite.

I really dont want to be too negative as we did love the place but........the rooms really need an upgrade. The bathroom was very small and not very nice, the water flow out of the shower sometimes was no existent. The shower was old and not very pleasant. The room also needed a good clean, rubbing fingers cover the surface and on the floor by the fridge showed alot of dust and dirt on my fingers. We were offered another room but the bathroom was pretty much the same. Breakfast could be more imaginative. We were there 6 nights and ate out twice.

The quiet room was small but clean and beds were comfortable. We loved the pretty layout of the hotel with its colourful design, vegetation and pretty pool - a cute haven tucked away from the busy tourist area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will come again!

You have to park the car a block away (2 min) and carrying the luggage along the busy road without footpath is a bit tricky, but staff from the hotel will come and assist you with a luggage cart.

The hotel is located in 10 minutes walking from the main bus station. The walk to the marina and downtown takes around 10 minutes. It’s a family-run hotel and I absolutely love it. The ambient is gorgeous - the buildings in white & blue colours, a big swimming pool, greens and bougainvillea around. The room was spotless, good sized with a small balcony with the splendid view. The bed was comfortable. The staff are very kind, helpful – the real professionals. After check-out, I could use the swimming pool and their facility – it’s a great bonus. Much appreciated. Thank you. The breakfast takes place in its restaurant. The good choice of bread, cheese, veg and fruit. The food was delicious. Strongly recommended.
