Relaxed, friendly, good food, great coffee, beautiful views, close to the town of Pietramelara. The proprietor Francos cannot do enough to make one’s stay comfortable, he totally goes out of his way to meet your needs both in his hotel and out and about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,

Was not the most updated or modern facility, it is a bit older, but spotless, and beautifully kept.

The nicest and most hospitable host, who kindly waited for us after 9 pm. Don't expect luxury for that kind of money in a small town. Old doors and a corridor where you can hear everything. But the room is very warm in winter, equipped with everything you need, the bed and pillows are comfortable, everything is clean. And a very charming host. I wish you good visitors. My wife and I wanted to do a last min stop in Pietramalara to visit. We booked at the last min and did not have very high expectations. We were just going to spend one night and be gone the next morning. Franco met us at the desk and actually spent some time talking to us prior to showing us our room. Since we did not know the area, he arranged for someone to escort us to a restaurant and chilled a bottle of wine that we brought. When we got back from dinner he set us up for a nice peaceful romantic evening on our own private terrace. Breakfast the next morning was perfect with fresh coffee and fruit. When we checked out he gave us a bottle of local wine and made a one night stay very memorable. The room was very clean and so was the entire property. We are grateful for his hospitality and highly recommend this little gem.

Great value for money, at the beginning I was concerned expecting something worst, but I had to reconsider my opinion. The place was very clean, free private parking space right next to it. Owners are nice, breakfast was good too.
