Not much to do around the property but there is a Soriana across the street. Very convenient. We had to ask for towels the first 2 nights. 1sr night 1 towel for 4 people. 2nd night 3 towels. Restroom did not have grab bars and I had asked before I booked if it was handicapped accessible. But fortunately my mom managed. Same breakfast daily! But the lady that was there was so nice and helpful unfortunately I did not get her name. Overall a great stay. Very nice, smelled good, and clean. Javi was the best taxi driver. Very pleasant and helpful. We traveled with my mother in a wheelchair and he always accommodated us. No shuttle bus.

It was close to everything. There is a Walmart 15 minutes walking distance. The basilica was very close and they provided drop off service only. They also had reliable transportation just a bit pricey. Lastly, they have computers which helped my daughter out with an assignment she had to turn in.

I messaged them about getting there earlier, but they replied once we were there. The attendant said we could check in at 1pm but it didn’t happen. I reserved two room, so they wanted to give them far away from each other which upset me. We had to wait for one on the same level. Since we got there early it was breakfast but it wasn’t offered. Other places do provide breakfast even if you’re early. I just had issues with the check in.

I really love the property, very beautiful, full of details and comfortable. They even have a shuttle that can take you around 5km of the property that it´s complimentary. They are located just across the street of a supermarket. The room was nice and spacious. The smell of the hotel it´s very nice as well. You can have water and coffee all day and night complimentary as well.

The staff lacks attention to detail, and to be more cooperative. One night I ask for a disposable spoon and they said they can´t.... I mean the have it all the mornings. It´s just they don´t wanted to cooperate.

I loved the staff especially the breakfast staff! They were my favorite. They are such good heart people. There was also a young man who worked the door that was very friendly. I lost my AirPods, and he called my Uber driver for me to check to see if I left it in his car since I do not know how to speak Spanish. Then, he came outside with me to see if I dropped them, and we found my AirPods on the floor outside. Also, they work very hard, and I admire their work efforts!!! I would come back because they treated me so kindly and made my stay enjoyable. It is very close to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. That was my whole purpose of the trip was to do a pilgrimage. It is also right next to a supermarket that has a delicious and fresh bakery ☺️☺️! It’s easy to take an Uber to get to other parts of the city. If you speak Spanish, you’d probably feel comfortable taking the bus. I did take the bus out of the city, and it was super easy, comfortable, and great price.

The beds and pillow could be better. But those are minor issues lol. Maybe an American thing……

The breakfast was nice! The staff were so kind as well! This location does offer a free shuttle service to get you anywhere from around the hotel. The staff even hooked up with someone who would help us get to the airport after we checked out, which was at around 6 AM.

Really wish there was more amenities in our room. Not sure why there was no microwave for the non-deluxe rooms. There should be less chair on wheels as well. A lounging chair would be great.

We were looking for a place close to the Basilica for the feast of Guadalupe for a reasonable price. We were able to walk there in about 45 minutes. (See photo of boulevard walkway). The hotel was safe, clean and quiet. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Whenever the food was empty, they were quick to replace it, or fix the coffee machine, when it was not working properly. (Upon request). A very helpful attendant was able to replace my room supplies when I told him my room number and had opted out of a personal room cleaning.

I think the plates and utensils should be placed separately from the coffee area, so the crowd of people doesn't get stuck there unnecessarily when looking to get food.

Accessible in the Basilica

Staff didn’t know to speak English. Collected us 1 day stay in my credit card and explained to them that the total amount we book in booking.com. Still hotel charged in my credit card. Kept on calling the hotel for refund but answered once but the customer service didn’t know to speak English. Filed complain to Booking.com and many thanks that they refunded the money after a week.

Breakfast is good but for a 3 day stay more variety would be nice but there is a good selection of items

The last evening/night was disrupted by a group of inconsiderate guests and their families being overly loud and raucous in the hallways outside their rooms and the noise really travels into nearby rooms

Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The only problem we had was the shampoo and conditioner was taken out of our shower during our stay. They weren’t empty and nothing was put in its place so we were missing the shampoo our last day at the hotel. Also our plastic water bottles were removed and thrown away and we still needed them. But other than that all was great.

We liked the cleanliness, the space was nice and quiet. The breakfast options were good, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was comfortable to stay here.

I would remove all of the disposable forks and spoons. I think the sustainability is very important nowadays and the effort of removing the wrapping plastics from the food and cutlery would be very appreciated hehe..
