Easy access to buses. Near tourist attraction, Garibaldi, Mariachis. Excellent traditional market 2 blocks away and Esperanza Bakery across the the street. Delicious! Breakfast was good but the hot food was repetitious. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. My husband speaks Spanish so that helped.

No hairdryer in suite. Had to go to reception to pick one up and leave my passport as security. They also offered free umbrellas but again, required my passport for security. Also, the shower had a half glass enclosure which resulted in large amounts of water flooding onto the bathroom floor. Very artsy shower door design but not practical. The bath mat did not help as it was very small and flimsy. You get two towels and one hand towel. Also, note that if you require chilled drinks, you will not find a fridge in Mexican hotels. At least not the several we have stayed in.

The room was clean and spacious 😌

We brought many suitcases, and we didn't get any help lifting them...the staff were just looking at us while we transported 6 suitcases up those stairs at the entrance. It was pretty weird. We didn't get any help either putting them downstairs the day of our checkout. Another point was that the room was too cold at night, and the blanket they had in the room wasn't enough to keep us warm 😔 the towels could be updated as they were pretty worn-out.

Very clean, comfortable spacious beds, good shower, convenient central location, all-day available coffee and nice breakfast, I was happy they have small, but nice gym!!!

They don’t have AC, if they had it - They’re truly the best hotel in town in terms of price/quality. The shower pressure is not strong, so if you’re girl with long hair you might struggle a bit.

I did love the people who work there. They made out time great always ready to help. The hotel room was clean, and every time we requested clean service, they did it. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was ok but not the best. The fruit were old and didn't taste good. The places that surrounds the hotel don't look safe.

Great modern hotel, good breakfast, easy Uber to airport ($109. peso and 15 minutes). or metro station near by .Perfect location , 2 block walk to Garabaldi Plaza with many bars, lots of food options,, oxxo, and Mariachis. Large quiet, clean room with very comfortable beds, and best blackout curtains ever. 24 hour check in and security, great staff

Delicious breakfast, nice and clean, location, comfortable beds, staff was very nice.

It needs air conditioning, the Fun didn’t work all the time and no one went to check on it. we requested towels 3 days later and we only go 2 more ( we were 4 people)

The room is a great size with a big open window letting in lots of natural light. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff are very helpful. I was able to work from the room using the WiFi with no issues. The gym is small but well equipped.

A water fountain rather than replenishing small plastic bottles would be preferred.

Location, close to historic location and restaurants, clean rooms. Parking.

When we arrive at the location, the hotel has some issues to provide the rooms, and we have to help them minimize customers' upset because the service desk guy, was overwhelmed what was happening to get the rooms ready, after a couple hours all issue's were resolved.

A very nice value for money. Location is close to the center (15 mins walk), though the district is not the best looking. The rooms are spacious, clean, and new. There was a desk in the room that was essential for me as I was working remotely during our trip. And the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We had a room that was facing the street, but it was too loud, and I had troubles sleeping. Luckily, the staff was able to change a room for us. Another problem in both of the rooms I noticed – it was too cold at night, and there was no air conditioner or heater. We also didn't like the breakfast, it was exactly the same each day and pretty poor, and there were huge waiting lines for it and for the coffee.

Staffs and breakfasts are so good. It is located close to the historic center and Mariachi place.

During the 4 night stay, wifi worked only one and half day. It is very inconvenient to get along without internet connection in modern daily life.
